Hmmm these numbers we are getting are not ticket numbers but error id numbers. Since S8 was released I have had the same one 18897741.
Is there any one who can tell us what these Errors actually are?
I wish I knew I have already updated windows media player and java and still get Error ID 18897741 now I guess we have to be patiant with cryptic and let them fix their mistakes

I have a friend that has been playing it,and man let me tell you he is bragging too much cause he can play and I can't. It just boils my blood I guess they're going to try and get us back online during their next maintnence

Day 4. Still playing Season 8: Desktop Online. Still getting error ticket ID # 25316319 with the most recent patch. The behavior of the crash has not changed for me since it was doing the same thing to me on Tribble.
Again, I can deal with missing the key sale and even the lobi. I can get dilithium later by playing the game. But I would appreciate the Solanae Tribble availability being extended if this problem persists past its expiration date.

nVidia 7950gt AGP (driver v307.83 - most recent driver available)
Windows XP SP3 32-bit
Using STO original patcher - not using ARC or Steam.
Yes, it's a dinosaur. I'm in the process of building a new one so hopefully in the next month or two it will be replaced anyway. Maybe listing our system specs will help. Or not. But perhaps there's a pattern.
Thanks for your updates, Brandon, and the efforts of the dev team. Hope this is resolved soon. My crew is beginning to wonder if I got lost in the Jeffries tubes again. Or how I could possibly be taking so dang long using the bathroom in my ready room.
"General Server Stability" means they are bolting the servers to the floor, right? Wouldn't you be upset if Branflakes were to go stumbling into the server room, knock a rack over, and bring the game down for a DAY? SO, they aren't scrwing it up, they are bolting it down.
