I actually noticed something about this the other day..
My character who's having this bug has serious graphics glitches on his omega rifle.
Another char that got his rifle during S7 got no graphics glitch with the burst fire mode whatsoever.
Now this had me thinking.. if those two seemingly similar items are treated this differently by the game.. did anyone in here bother trying to just buy a complete new set yet?
Because if noone has, I will try that and see if it does something, even if it's very expensive to do so and will take me about two weeks or something.
I bought a completely new Omega Force Mk XII set a few days ago. Accolades remain bugged. No costume options appeared. So don't waste your resourses unless you want to pimp your BOFFs.
This is an update on my prior post. I just completed T5 omega on my other char Stephany@Snivel and here I have the same bug. However, instead of not getting the elite commander M.A.C.O cosmetic looks, I can't acquire the elite accolade looks for the Omega set >.>

It's quite simple really, it's not game breaking so they simply don't care because they are still making money of others!!! If it became a global problem resulting in everyone being affected, than it could become a problem for them in continuing to make money if it effects everyone.
Still missing the KDF adapted helmet from my list. I can get the other adapted visuals such as boots,shoulders,bracers ect but the helmet isnt showing up at all, just the other 2 helmets. Would like this to get resolved also.
They have my toon that has had this problem so bugged now, that when I log in you can't even see his name listed nor can you even see the character at all or his boff's and ship. Just a view of some sparkly which is centered on where his feet should be, and now I can't even make changes in the tailor to the already existing Omega/Maco outfit he currently wears. It acts like he never even achieved anything at all!!! Between the 2 mmo's I play I don't know who is worse, Cryptic or Turbine!!!
I purchased the ability to modify the look of this armor (Version 2 for 250 Omega Marks) but cannot modify the armor. I have gone to the tailor but it is not an option. What am I missing?
We have been bumping this topic back up for 61 days now, and haven't had any news from the devs. I suspect this may have been one of those projects a developer thought they might be able to get done in their own time, rather then one on the actual cryptic to do list.
That's ok, at least some one at cryptic was thinking about us, even if they weren't able to actually get us a fix. I guess I will go back to bug reporting this once a week. Thanks any way devs.
Made another post in the update notes on the tribble forums. And I hope, and pray that for once we might get an answer, Or better a FIX. Atleast for the costume pieces that are missing and glitching out. The accolades shouldnt be so hard to fix..
