Just wanted to add, I'm liking the fleet starbases way more than I thought. I love being able to get up high on the leaderboard because I enjoy winning. :P

We are coming close to upgrading from Tier 0 to Tier 1. In preparation, we need to look at the requirement for doing that upgrade.
Upgrading from Tier 0 to Tier 1 shipyard (Military) is 540 FM, 10500 Dil, 5 tactical or security duty officers [white quality], 300 Industrial Replicators, 905 Shield Generators, 150 Self Sealing Stem Bolts
Upgrading starbase from Tier 0 to Tier 1 is 1080 FM, 64800 Dil, 48 non-civilian duty officers, 825 Industrial Energy Cells, 400 Self Sealing Stem Bolts, 25 particle traces
So you know what we need to save up. We can start the process of upgrading tomorrow.

a glitch mr 1st? I did read there was something you could use that intercepts the dx calls and alters colors.
Personally i would like the option to perhaps flip some colors but retain the color scheme - so perhaps it was more gold with red hints. the red of the ui, along with the klingon red interiors does hurt my head after a while.
