    It would be nice to have single cannons we could mount to the rear weapons slots with 180% firing arc for my Battle Cruiser instead of the weak turrets.

    Most importantly, what is the current status of the Foundry? I was led to believe that it was *already* disabled weeks prior to today, so what's going on over there? Is there any chance that players will be seeing it back up for use again some time soon, or can we expect it to be down for at least another month or so?

    As for the DOff system, will it be coming to Tribble for testing on its own first, or will you guys at Cryptic be holding out until the Department Head and First Officer systems are done as well so that they can be released together? (Personally, I'd *MUCH* prefer the latter, even if it takes longer to do.)

    Will the starship appearance mods seen on the assimilated carrier space boss from "The Cure" and the assimilated scimitar space boss from "Khitomer Accord" ever be making their way to something that will let players display these oh-so-awesome looks on their own ships? From what I've seen, I highly doubt they'd clip with each other or other starship appearance mods, so why keep them exclusive to these two bosses? These two pieces are too awesome for me to handle, I've been longing to be able to display them on my ships since I first saw them.

    Is it possible at all to move starship armor consoles into a single, unified slot separate from engineering console slots, like how armor works on the ground? Personally, I find this would make more sense IMO, as well as be more balanced as ships with defenses already higher than other ship types wouldn't be able to stack even more defenses than others, for example. A single armor console slot could also pave the way for armor consoles giving starship appearance modifications later on down the line. Honestly, I'm surprised what with this state of war that the Federation at least hasn't made armor a standard addition to vessels. I wouldn't be surprised if the KDF did the same thing; just because there is honor in death doesn't mean that needless sacrifices are desired, correct?

    Will there be any new options coming to the Alien Creator that incorporate elements such as tails, reptilian heads, et cetera?

    2 questions:

    How come the cryptic hasnt payed attention to the fact that science characters are grossly overpowered compared to other characters? This fact has for some time bothered me as a primary tactical payer where the science players can simply disable my ships powers and annihilate me with one swift stroke.

    Also, whenever I submit a ticket for a bug, its deleted. I am offended by this and will not tolerate that I cannot voice concerns about the game.

    Just one simple question, though it is incredibly important to me.

    Will the Romulan forehead detail used by the NPCs ever be added to the alien generator, and if so, when can we expect it?

    Any thought into allowing us to craft upgrades to our weapons? Something similar to enchants. You know, create scopes for better accuracy, power packs for more damage, frequency modulators for better shield penetration etc. Would be a great addition to the crafting system. Also allow us to create upgrades/enchants for our armour. give our armour and weapons two or three slots that we can craft for and place said crafts in. To add to this maybe creat a skill trainer that we can take our characters to to train them in one of three or four crafting fields ( Mechanics, Electronics, Forging, Optics). Also allowing the upgrades to be visible on our weapons would be an added benefit too!

    If we had an explorable Sol System could we have:
    -ESD as a main social hub
    -SFA serving much the same urpose
    -Utopia Planetia as the shipyard
    -Jupiter Station instead of Memory Alpha (So we don't have to trail across the quadrant...)
    -Moon Base (because that would be coooooool! :) )

    Will we ever see the ability to have starting points in the alien generator - ie:

    Say i wanted a Hirogen, i could select the 'Hirogen' preset and twek it to my liking

    Have the same for Romulan, Denobulan, Cardassian etc.

    Will the KDF ever have the amount of exclusive missions to them that the Feds have (Feds have about 60) or will they be more PvP oriented and never get that kind of attention?

    You guys are incredibly sneaky with your answerings. I spent sic months asking the same questions, and instead of giving me an answer you just put the stuff in the game (alternate andorian antennae styles and new walking animations). :p

    So... I shall pester you again! Could we please get some boots for KDF folk that dont have spikes (my favourite style is #4), and that belt with the loin cloth is my favourite, Id love to see it for the Feds, but really I would love to have a version of it without the loincloth. :D

    And finally, when will we ever get the Andorian ship?

    I third this! :D I'd love to see "suggested skintones" for these presets as well. Somehow make the colours stick out in the palatte. :)

    Can we ever see the Ker'rat system changed so KDF and Feds can't load in the same instance... or even just change it to a PVP area dropping the mission related to it all together. It's tiresome hearing about KDF players with nothing better to do then hang out there preying on low ranking feds who are trying to do the mission.

    My question is: Will we ever be able to use lower tier ships at VA lvl and have them be affective?
    An Idea is as follows:

    Once reaching VA lvl a player can pick one ship in their existing fleet to be upgraded to Tier 5 specs. IE: Engineer Reaches VA: Picks Heavy Cruiser to be upgraded. Upgrade would make Heavy cruiser ALMOST equal to Tier 5 VA cruiser. Same goes for Sci Ships and tact ships. Not only would allow a players favorite lower tier ship to be used again at Max lvl, it would also allow a player more variety of ships in there personal fleet. Perhaps a SHIP UPGRADE Token could be added to the C-Store and eventually as a craftable item. I'm sure there would be CERTAIN Canon ships that would recieve resistance to being able to be upgraded, but i personally think EVERY ship in the game should be upgradeable in one way or another.

    Is there still a plan to add T6 ships into the game? the volume of powers (especialy BO powers) at the moment already takes up far more of my screen than i'd like and seeing as some people (myself included) spent real money on their T5s. I'd far rather see the addition of 'space away teams' to bulk up pve dps.

    1. Will the KDF be able to obtain the Har’Pengh torpedo, or will another weapon be given to them?

    2. When will the KDF get more ships?

    3. Will some of the nerfing of the carriers be compensated or reversed?

    4. Will the higher end weapons have a greater benefit for the points spent on them?

    5. When will the KDF receive the vet rewards promised?

    6. When will KDF receive more of their own PvEmissions, not counting the tutorial as one.

    7. When will the KDF get their own version of diplomacy (conquering/threatening?) and the benefits diplomats have?

    8. Fleet banks: will they be able to purchase more tabs and have more granular permissions?

    9. When will more uniforms, hair, and clothing be added for KDF?

    10. Will the sniper weapons have realistic ranges of hundreds and thousands of meters while the pistols are under 15-20M?

    12. Could an asset locater that works like the R&D menu be created? It would list every item you can purchse and its location.

    Is there plans to use the foundry so authors can make PVP maps of their own or for the PVP community that could be voted on to be put into the map rotation of the queues? It could be like the DTNE except with map submissions over foundry instead of ship designs.

    1. Shuttlecraft/Captain's Yacht numbering issue?
    Example... like how the Galileo is NCC-1701/7... but we can't do the same in game. Could we please get the ability to match our shuttles NCC number to the parent ships NCC number?

    2. Female Caitian hair?
    Could you add this please. If TAS is any indication just the long styles would work.

    3. Security Escort III?
    Instead of beaming in a two person security detail when called, how about letting us set two from our crew to beam down instead? It could be done on a pull down menu like the Away Team selection.

    4. Six spots on the Transporter pad!
    Any chance we could expand the landing party size from five to six?

    5. Uniform addition.
    The "Future Imperfect" Communicator w/Rank Bars would be great, probably very complicated but if it could be done.

    I think that the GM/MODS lose sight of s couple of things. I know they have rules and such, but I feel that in the process of following the rules the customer service part of things gets lost. They may have a small staff, however, they MUST show that thay havnt lost touch with the fact that WE are all paying customers, who, in fact, pay for them to be there, as well as pay for a game. Now many like the state if the game and many dont. Regardless of your happiness status. paying customers want, need, and expect a place to voice concerns without feeling like they will be acted upon by the very system they are trying to speak about.

    Currently we have tons of people afraid to say anything and , to add to it, they are told to submit tickets in place of having concerns met. Every ticket ive ever opened, be it a bug or a complaint, has taken at least 4 days to even be looked at if its been looked at at all. Many of us have the same experience. That in no way sends the message that Crypic cares about the customers concerns. Add the canned responses or the seemingly arbitrary enforcement of some rules while others are ignored....it all leads to many customers feeling that they:

    1. are ignored
    2. are not taken seriously at all
    3. That there is no way to really be heard. If a Customer complains, they are shut down. Open a complaint ticket get a canned reply or a note from someones cubical buddy shutting you down.
    4. Customers have no way to escalate an issue or take concerns to a higner level.

    People need to feel that the money they pay is put to good use. Some will veiw that topic differently than others, people all need to feel like they have a voice and , in a system that they pay for, that someone cares about thier issues. And some issues are not positive and happy. But they also need to be heard and addressed, not shut down for fear that they are negative. Proper customer service takes an unhappy customer and helps him to understand why things happen. At that point the customer may not have a solution that they want, but at least they feel that thet were listened to. That alone has huge value and gos a LOOOONG way to soothing peoples feelings reducing angst. Please GMs/ Devs/Mods...understand the need and see that you have helped to create a huge hole where a customer service dept should be. You can fix it and your actions can have a BIG difference on how all of us feel. And its those of us with concerns or complaints that you should try to deal with because, well, we pay too, and we do count....or at least we should.

    ---bottom line..what steps are being taken to resolve the issue above?

    will you ever bring the XINDI to the game or can parts of the animal kingdom be put into the character build to make an Avarter a little more unique,even a character like the Devidian that is transparent or glowing.

    Can we spect new things for a higher level of ship customization?
    For example: tatoo-like tribal paintings of brave animals like sharks, tigers or lions.

    What about making crafting a kind of mini-game, where the outcome of your changes/crafting may succeed or fail, depending on your's and your BO's stats/skills?

    And what about giving unique (one per char.) items their own category and color: f.e. unique/gold and not rare/blue or very rare/purple?
