I disagree in this point outside R9 you have the option for rank8 recast too. If you put them into a whole nirvana 2nd recast set then i would prefer those boots in that set over heavenrage. I honestly do not see how Archer Stealth is a great benefit. We still do not have detection levels like sins. When we stealth sins can see us ( since 90 % of the population nowadays are sins it is a matter) Seeker can see us, and mystic can knock every1 out of stealth. eh, best place for archer imo is at spiders, kill them(most die in 1-2 shots), if you see a cleric use BoA on their pulls, and you get plenty DQs. And all flying mobs with a magic attack and high density are good for clerics, try those phoenix mobs in heaven f.e.
