I think this skill will come out with the updated pet system and new pets for venos. Probably in a few months?
-
Yeah, I got stuck there too. xD Check this post.

It also doesn't matter if you can survive when you can destroy them with some chained crits before they barely touch you. Really the only things survivability-wise that Sage have going for them are True Form's 10% more HP and Sage Spark, but barbs have so many defense tricks up their sleeve already... These are nice…

Ok so I finally got the Panda form for myself... I want to apologize because I totally thought you could switch directly between Tiger and Panda, but that's not the case... So while the Sage chi gain is still better than Demon BKI, it's not quite as OP as I was imagining it... still a bit of a blow to Demon advantages, I…
-
Lolwhat. It's not just Demon Titans and passive skills that add crit. For me, Demon Titans tends to get in the way of the better skills anyway.... Bestial Onslaught increases your crit rate by 35% for 6 seconds (and with a cooldown of 8 seconds, it's pretty spammable), and Demon Sunder always crits and gives you 100% crit…
-
Both intensified Sage True Form and Sage Panda Form give 20 chi per cast and they are separate skills. You will not reduce your HP or PDef by switching between them and all Tiger Form skills will be available.
-
If Intensified Sage True Form/Panda still had the damage reduction, but intensified Demon True Form/Panda gave 40% HP instead of 30%, would that not be considered a mistake? The whole point of True Form was that you sacrificed some physical attack for more HP (and more P Def coming from Shapeshifting Intensity), and the…

The picture in this post shows that Demon still gives 30% HP increase... unless the text is wrong? I think OP just made a mistake. http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=18903451&postcount=19
-
Haha, yeah. It's like they completely forgot that Demon True Form had no other advanced attributes.
-
Ah! Thanks. I thought it was a crit rate increase... xD Do wizzies find this skill useful? I'm starting to think the Demon attribute is spot on, but the Sage chi gain is a bit broken... Bestial Rage on cooldown? Not getting hit enough by enemies? Just instant-cast switch between forms without even having to stop running...
-
Sage barbs always had more HP, P. Def, speed, and base damage (when standing) compared to a Demon barb of the same build. However, Demon barbs got an advantage in Tiger Form and will out damage a Sage barb with crit skills. Arma and Sunder are incredibly useful for keeping aggro on groups of mobs and/or just dealing tons…
-
I don't understand why Sage barbs run faster than Demon ones... ; - ; Anyway.. 5% crit increase for 6 seconds? We already have Demon Titans and Onslaught... and I doubt it will stack since crit buffs do not stack... unless it works like Demon Shapeshift...? I wish they'd change the Titans buff to be an (over-writable) AoE…

LOL! It's just a normal Valiant Mastiff... xD
-
Here's a pic of Clean Sweep.
-
This. It would be a far more interesting skill if it had the range of Ancestral Rage (or even Berserker's Wrath). Now I'm imagining barbs running around, tag-teaming someone using this skill from 35 meters away... Luckily, the duration is being increased by 2 seconds, and the chi cost reduced to 35, but it's still chi that…

Let me sharpen my claws on you. b:cute

I can test when I get home. I use Mire before Sunder/Arma when soloing FC and PV and I'm pretty sure I've never missed a mob after that.
-
Level 10 and 11 Bestial Onslaught reduce evasion by 50%, so I assume they'd help other melees miss less. Aps characters have pretty good accuracy in most cases though, and if they use Mire or some other p.def reducing skill, then it won't matter at all... Would be easier to just Devour + Frighten if you're making a debuff…

It takes me 2 pulls for the last Valley. :( I'm guessing they used a vac powder and a holy path or two? Or maybe Violent Triumph then vac, etc? I like to use Shadow Binders but they don't last as long, so I usually end up stopping in the middle.
-
Level 1 and 2 True Form do not reduce damage as much as Level 3 and Sage. Also Flesh Ream's bleed damage stacks, so spamming it will build up some nice extra damage. You can further increase your damage by using Devour first and then stack Flesh Reams and/or switch to human form and attack.
-
People are generalizing too much... not every barb PvPs, not every full vit barb has 40k+ HP, there are level 100, vit, sage tiger barbs that barely have 20k... not every aps barb has less than 17k HP in Tiger... Not everyone's goal is the same, unless it's to have fun, but that might mean different things to different…
-
My 5aps barb has pulled TM69... haven't tried 79 though. ;o It really depends on gear too... Recently dropped to 20 vit, and there are still vit build Sage barbs that have about the same or even less HP in Sage Tiger Form than me because I have higher refines. Vit just makes reaching higher HP cheaper vs. having to refine…
-
Looks good. But will you start with that? Going with TT Nirv Lionheart pants instead of Cascade Glow would allow you to start with 4 pieces of TT99 for the VIT bonus. Or you could have something like this that you could upgrade to this.

Level 22 Poleaxe http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/8282 Level 30 Axes http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/8286 Level 41 Polehammer http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/8279 If you can't find these or don't have the Divine Honors, you can also look in AH to see if there's a decent regular weapon in your level range or try…

If you're mostly PvE then it's not a bad idea. Couple of builds... LA Boots/Bracers http://pwcalc.com/c2666c9c8e1bcc6c HA Boots/Bracers http://pwcalc.com/aa3d044504b15cb2 And of course you can also switch ornaments when necessary. Ex http://pwcalc.com/a43eb0b9cd8e379a Skills like Blood Rush, Poison Fang, and, if Demon,…

b:cry I'd call it wishful thinking not complaining. b:chuckle
-
You must be standing to activate the skill. Would be nice if it and Blood Rush could be activated in either form, like Bestial Rage. b:avoid
-
You are correct, it still applies when you miss. I was just thinking about missing the targeted mob when using Sunder.. would that make you not get the crit buff? :s I guess there are easy ways around this against mobs... Mostly worried that to implement having to hit first would make the crit buff not apply to the skill…
-
I like most of the changes, but I worry about this part: "The skill must hit before the effect is applied." Thinking it's going to affect Demon Sunder and Onslaught, which is sad, though I guess you'd get the crit buff for a little bit more time after the skill... Devour always had a threat level increase effect, so it…
