Cornered beast? work when in true form?

Do you have to be human to activate Cornered Beast, or can you activate it in animal form? b:thanks

    You must be standing to activate the skill.

    Would be nice if it and Blood Rush could be activated in either form, like Bestial Rage. b:avoid

    Lol! Barbs have it so good right now; I don't see why they'd complain. It's always the OP classes I see pining.

    A class that cannot even perform the primary task that it was designed for anymore is an OP class?

    I couldve sworn I saw a video somewhere that this skill was activated while in tiger. Otherwise I just dont see the point of it. b:cry
