    The duration of the stun definitely sounds like the level 10 version, and -50% weapon Damage and -10% chance of stunning is a pretty big deal. Sage only adds a bit more base damage with a 50% chance to not cost a spark while Demon increases the AoE by 2 meters (unless there's something we're missing among those notes as a change for them).

    Seriously hope this change isn't permanent. This was one of the skills that didn't need to be touched.

    I wish they nerf psychic's tankiness. Seal buff, def rank, also a 10 secs stun shouldn't be exist in this game (soul of stunning with huge soulforce).

    Extra notes:
    There doesn't seem to be any mention of chi cost for Reel In and Reckless Rush, I presume they still do, but, you never know.
    EDIT:The additional effect of Highland Cleave didn't make too much sense, but, it sounds about right with the mention of soulforce.
    EDIT:Strangely enough, there was zero mention of any changes to the Fist path. A subtle attempt to drive BM's away from fists?

    First thoughts:
    A lot of sweeping changes all around; most skills are getting a lot more raw power behind them, what intrigues me the most is how they're fusing a lot of the skills, almost with a focus on balancing out the weapon paths, making them more accessible. Makes me think they want to streamline the BM skillpath, getting rid of all the extra fluff that most would never use.
    Definitely an interesting time ahead of us.

    Welp, *cracks nuckles* might be dusting off my bms axes and bringing him out of retirement in a few months.

    then nerf wiz/mystic pdef shields, cleric shields and sins tidal.

    stun can be countered by badge of courage

    I found them near the bottom, the ones under the class names only scratched at the surface.
    If you Google translate it and look up "frost scattering" you should find a 3rd one way down.

    In the bottom theres a section called "OTHER" which has some other versions of class skills among other random things. I'm pretty confused why there are all these new copies of the skills. Last time they adjusted skills they just changed what we already had but this time they implemented new copies of the skills with their own ID and left the old ones intact.

    It might have something to do with the reincarnation system? It's all pretty confusing.
    Again what I posted was all the new sections that were added to the skill description file in the PWCN test client. I can't vouch yet what's going to be available in-game or make it to our version.

    The PWCN test server isn't even going to be updated until tomorrow so this is all bleeding edge info.

    So can it be like Demon/Sage version lvl 2? So we can learn or skip these skills... Because I don't feel like trading my full armor break for a 150% debuff. b:puzzled Even though I'm pretty sure some Demon venos would like to have a more sustainable Ironwood for PvE purposes.

    It makes no sense to have it at 2 minute cooldown...I'm not even a barbarian but I hope it's a mistake or something. That would be pretty messed up.

    The snippet above the 10/17 client mentions "experience serving", which is the test server.

    I wonder what time they will update then, since they already had a maintenance...

    I'm not even worried about demon barb chi gain. Just gonna be annoying as hell if people get purged/die and you can't rebuff them because cooldown.

    From what I could interpret, the debuff only appears on players, so, yes it should be only useful in a PvP situation.

    tiger form - human form switch gives 25 chi. Faster and cheaper than HP buff. Or is that only for Sage barbs?
