    Wind shield doesn't even last the full duration of a triple spark, smart one.

    Plus, it's a waste of energy considering there are more important genie skills you can save energy for.

    Canceling casting was an exploit, yes, but it doesn't erase the fact that BMs are way underpowered now at end game. All the people arguing that BMs can PvP without CC don't realize how needed it was to do well in PvP. Sure, I can PvP without it, but it's not as effective. I'm not going to fully channel my cyclone heel or some other garbage. Sins were nerfed too by this update, but weren't affected as much as competent BMs were.

    Unless you are going to shard elemental shards in your weapon, expel completely facerolls BMs now, whereas archers, barbs, and sins get a wood / fire buff / water that doesn't cost chi.

    BMs are the only class that has to pay sparks for an elemental attack buff... And don't tell me to use a wood pot in PvP because then that negates my immunity pots.

    I'm starting to doubt pwi's gms were even aware of this update when they put it up. They didn't add much into the patch notes like the dukes spamming until they noticed it and said they'll have a look at it for next update.

    Thats because 90% of those that are trolling the forums are 1) Newbies that havnt made it to endagame, and or 2) plays on a carebear server and has bout as much knowledge on PvP as a base buffer.

    there's a class that's underpowered relative to the others in this game? it's not completely balanced, you say? welcome to the club; the wizards have seniority of membership, i believe.

    Oh.. and Lenie's right, Wizards do have seniority in the unbalanced club since they can two shot anything but barbs. Wizards and every other arcane for that matter can get in Nirv/TT/RB to farm or get their culti done, it's just a matter of finding a squad. So what if it takes longer than an APS squad? You still get it done. Using the "omg QQ we r no ken haz squadz!!!" thing is getting old. Fact is Arcanes have insane Pdef at end game and hit extremely hard, when I can two shot you from 30 meters away AND farm fast then maybe you'll have the right to complain, until then shutup because Arcanes can dominate BMs easily enough now that we can't CC.

    Not even the same topic. I'm talking about PvP being unbalanced. Wizards end-game can go full R9 and tab kill almost anyone in mass PvP. Only Wizards can go around AoEing people for 35K or something ridiculous. BMs on the other hard are arguably one of the most underpowered PvP classes, unless they go full R9 and be pure axe DPH like barbs. Even then, fighting an equal geared R9 opponent, they would have the disadvantage. Sure, BMs already sucked in mass PvP, but now they are pretty worthless in 1v1 too.

    Most people don't even need to PvE anymore, merchanting earns much more money without even being at the computer, so PvP is the only relevant balance end game...

    Sinrabansho has been an outdated weapon for quite some time now, the red mat has an insanely low chance to drop regardless of what type of squad you farm with. If you REALLY want it then by all means go for it, just get some friends that also wanna farm 3-3. Or you know.. world chat for a squad, though not many people do that instance and understandably so. If you can't find a squad for that more likely it'd be because of what a pain it is, not solely because you're not a DD with high APS. Just sayin'.

Please give an example of another class being crapped on as hard as we're being crapped on in pvp with a 135% fire damage bonus lost, especially to bm's who aren't op at all pvp wise.

    "as hard as"? i might try, except that (1) i'm quite sure you measure the **** on your own head with a pretty darn subjective yardstick, and (2) i'd just have to tell THEM to quit whining because they should darn well know this is not a balanced game to begin with right along with you.

    and THAT is the reason i posted --- to tell y'all butthurt whiners you shouldn't be acting so surprised when you're getting crapped on, because THIS GAME DOES THAT, and it's not like you shouldn't have noticed by now. you say the pile that got dumped on top of your class is the biggest? wait a few months, most likely some other class will catch a bigger, stinkier load before long. some class is always going to be the worst off, and it doesn't necessarily stay the same one forever. no reason to cry over it while that class is yours, the devs don't listen to our crying anyway.

    So you came here with no idea how the classed worked just to tell us to stop whining, nice! The thing is this game was fairly balanced before TB but that isn't the point. BM's balance was in using pro CC skills/timing but it's gone now. I'm used to the unbalance but not shattering the shear things that gave bms a good way to stay fairly balanced with the others.

    EDIT: I say "fairly balanced" very loosely.
