Not sure if someoen mentioned this already but, why aren't the Mountaineer Set weapons on the Trade bar store? In collections it says that is where you can find it but so far, I have seen zero there. For any class.
Any idea or plans to buff articats damage a bit? Nothing like how it was before, but the fact they do have a 60 seconds cooldown, maybe something between 30k to 100k damage would be nice. For the ones that do indeed deal some damage.
Just to make sure: Are you guys 100% commited to remove Sanctuary as the Paladin's block? I mean, I don't even mind if as a Justicar you can only 'BLOCK' from the front, but the buff Sanctuary gave as Protection?Healadin was the main reason good OP's did used it a lot. As a Paladin main, please keep Sanctuary and if not,…
Problem was, as the game was parties didn't have ONE debuffer only. Ideally, a proper game would be 1 tank, 3 dps and 1 healer. But the way classes were designed, dugneons weren't being played like that. I mean, Paladin, MOFs and Warlocks could debuff/buff. Even Clerics. Lots of buffs with the usual party comp runnign HR,…
Out of curiosity: now that stats have changed to which attributes they contribute, will we be allowed to respect the ratial stats bonus we can to better fit the playstyle? For example, I make a dragonborn Paladin and grante the +2 to both CON and WIS because what they did. But now, with the new changes, perhaps I would…
Might be due requiring some time getting used to it or not. Building divinity on Justicar seems slower than for the Oathkeeper. As an Oathkeeper you can cast circle of protection, take the feat that reduces smite's divinity cost, tab and you have a pretty stand-forward divinity that lasts longer. Which, for PVE DPS is much…
Unsure if it was a bug, merely part of trouble staying connected or something related with the changes to class. For the 12 minutes I managed to log in the server, I noticed my initial stats weren't as I initially rolled them while in character creation. When I first created the character at lvl 1, rolling stats and such,…
That video, though... two MAN camapign. Best two classes for a TWO MAN CAMPAIGN. Paladin has great burst damage, but not consistent high amounts of damage during extended fights;
Only the strong survive. Reason they did two things in one mod is mostly because of how end-game dungeons is becoming. End game content done in 20 minutes or less is HAMSTER. Castle Ravenloft was a nice change of pace but in 30 minutes it can be done with the right club. Now, they could indeed have changed the classes for…
Honestly, I would say in the GREAT. I mean, you get to relearn your class, 5 new (hopefully PVE) maps for you to explore and a way to ensure old players that returned for Tales of Old stay. I mean, tales of old will already allow you to have BIS artifacts that at legendary will give +8 to all stats. As long what each stat…
You usually always get a free respec each mod. I don't remember of it being hard in the start with no guild boon. And you can always switch to defense boon or something else. If anything, like devs said, it was somethign that either saved lives or you would die before it was put to work. After a certain lvl, even without…
It is easier to increase cap level and make changes to 8 classes, than add a new one and then do the chaages they are about to make. First they must ensure current classes are 5e alike. THEN you move to add a new one. Depending on which feats there will be, who knwos somethign from Judge tree survives so divine call…
Depends on how you wanna build. Personally, Swarn is also good and I do prefer the Armored Griffon for the extra debuff it gives and equip power. True, more power is great since you are a class that shares power but in the end, you should use the mount that fits your playstyle better. 2k-4k power at late game is no…
As a D&D player, please allow me to correct you in something: Paladin is 'best dps' class vs fiends, undead and such late game when you can smite at 3rd level for 5d8 AND if you do crit. But aside the smite, which is a great OP encounter that deals proper damage, your argument is invalid: Barbarians (GWF) deal more damage…
Do damage or deal damage? Because he still hits and deals damage. If doesn't work because of immunity from AA or something else, okay. But what I mean is dealing damage and then going into the early spin without even charging the sword. As for Ravenloft bugs go, though, yesterday there was one during Strahd's battle as…
I must say I love this. However, as someone said before, I would recommned a cap on the AH buyouts as well until economy prices lower on their own. Some people have lots of alts to grind, others have a number like 3-4 they actually also play in and the AD was to help those alts get to end game level. Why not raise cap to…
Not really. You don't always fight undead. Undead aren't a major enemy and as for the fiends (demons/devils) part, perhaps. But it would still be loyal to what paladins actually do. It's no like it could comepte with a gwf or such dealing high damage to every enemy. To be honest, bane and vow usually always did the job for…
