Which is effectively the same thing. The lvl 65 powers unlocked, but it only starts with letting PARAGON powers to be upgraded to level 4, not normal powers. Normal powers are only available after lvl 70 and 70 points spent, this is a bug I hope and it's bad. Bad enough that you made us farm 700k XP for a CHANCE at more…
Even at level 70. After spending 65 points it only lets you upgrade certain paragon powers. It is pretty sad since you have to farm 700k XP for MAYBE getting another power point. That sucks.
Updating powers to level 4 is somewhat broken. It says that level 4 powers will unlock after 65 points spent, but that isn't the case. Only SOME level4s unlock, those happen to be the the encounters/dailies/passive that come with the chosen path. And only after you spend some points on them alone do the rest unlock. *And…
Will it? I haven't done the math yet but I wouldn't be surprised if Vizier will be superior to the lvl70 sets. We are talking about over 30% DPS increase not just for you but for your entire party. And if the things I hear about mob DR are true Vizier will do significantly more than 30%.
So I played Tiamat just now. First I got a bugged black dragon head, heard of others getting the cleric bug. Oh and I was in a bugged instance (higher number than it should be after entering instantly) but I didn't stick long enough to find out whether I got any rewards. The incompetent devs didn't fix anything I could…
For PvE I chose to go 5% crit sev, then 3% lifesteal and plan to get 10% healing. Mainly since healing is so good I can just always run first and OF everything even more than before.
Imperial is obviously optimal for PvE. Defense/mitigation is useless when you have lifesteal. Armor pen is useless because you should have all you need from other sources.
People keep talking about those mysterious SW's that can out DPS a CW, where are they? Thus far the only ones I met basically rely on their daily to give them some damage but otherwise are far behind. And the daily gives them nothing unless there are DPS CWs around. And even with that I have yet to see one do more damage…
With 30% effective lifesteal (consumption boon effectively doubles your lifesteal: 33% of the time 300% of your lifesteal value) I have very little reason to stay behind, a single icy terrain keeps me alive. Maybe you are right about the SWs, but it's also likely that you have never really teamed up with the real DPS CWs.…
You appear to be grossly uninformed. CW was touched several times, and the reason why storm spell now does 25-35 % of overall damage is because they buffed it in response to nerfing so much else.
Assuming AoE DPS. CW and GWF can be more or less equivalent, but for a GWF to match a CW it will need far more skill than a CW requires. Other classes have little hope in matching them.
3 known bugs: 1) Some instances are bugged and will give no rewards. This is because some instances are left over from the previous fight. 2) Sometimes the cleric phase doesn't end properly, making progress impossible. Hypothesized to be because people leave them too early. 3) On rarer occasions, one of the heads gets…
Any way to actually allow 2 or more coordinated groups to enter the same instance? 5 people is enough to secure a victory, but it would be nice to secure 2 or more.
if you enter door instantly and get into a high instance you are 100% bugged and will not get a reward. Sometimes even a low instance can be bugged. At any given time there can only be one instance with bugged rewards.
I have a PC that runs Witcher 2 with UBERSAMPLING at 60 FPS. During Tiamat I get periods of 2-3 FPS.................. Oh and in PE I often get under 40 FPS while my GFX card and CPU are NOT even busy. FIX YOUR GAME
But you can't stay in the instance. It kicks you out after ~10 minutes. Edit: You are right. There is some leftover instance(s) from the last fight. If you get into them you will get no rewards.
It's possible that this is because someone killed one or more heads but not all during a phase. But my sample size is too small. Can anyone confirm that when they got no favor one or more heads died prematurely?
It's even worse than normal. And I have a computer capable of running Witcher 2 with MAX settings at 60 FPS. You have some seriously annoying texture problems, it usually takes up to 10 minutes in an instance for them to properly resolve.
I have this issue a LOT. It tends to go away after some MINUTES. Oh, and I have a GTX 970. Cryptic really needs to optimize their graphics, because in addition to those crappy textures FPS also tends to drop while GPU usage is never above 40%. CPU never above 70%.
