Even at level 70. After spending 65 points it only lets you upgrade certain paragon powers. It is pretty sad since you have to farm 700k XP for MAYBE getting another power point. That sucks.

And that's why tried to max out my toon's power points before mod 6 went live. I was 3 points short on having all points during the end of mod 5, though (sadly.) Which makes me wonder, if reaching an 'overflow lvl' takes longer at lvl 70, than it did at lvl 60. If it doesn't, then there's no issue.
know. reported like 1 month + ago. Actually for some class feats is works even opposite - instead of increase - does decrease of effect.
Like it was with aspect of lone wolf - rank 4 decreases deflect by 10%. need to check this one again after patch thought
And so many other bugs

What I heard is that while the XP bucket for an overflow reward is double, the scaled XP reward for repeatable quests is also roughly doubled for a level 70 character. Can't speak from experience, but that's what I was told when I asked about it.

Thats ridiculous. I don't want to be 70+5 to unlock the skills I actually use. Guess I'll save respec for 70. How much is a respec at 70 now, 100k+?

What is the official rule regarding applying power point to the rank 4 of the existing powers?
My char reached level 61 and I cannot apply that as rank 4 to the encounter power but I can apply that to class power. Was it not even supposed to put that to class power?
Before I read this thread, I thought even in level 60, if I choose to re-spec I can re-arrange the power points to give my usual encounter/class/daily/at-will powers rank 4. I was wrong, right?

or, you're supposed to, there is a bug that allows some people to unlock it earlier.
