Metallic Dragonborn Health increase not working

Probably an already known issue, I will mention it anyway.
The racial 3% HP increase of metallic dragonborn is not working.

For testing I made a normal and metallic dragonborn rogue with the same stats (18 Str, Dex, 12 Cha, rest 10). Both had the same amount of HP at 1st level (211) instead of the metallic dragonborn having more because of the racial.

    Introduce new best pvp race and fail at giving a promised bonus that makes that race worth anything. Typical Cryptic.

    Bonus 3% HP still not working.
    Sadly...
