For solo PvE, I would suggest you to ditch Fox for Cordon since Cordon offers much much more DPS than Fox. Furthermore, Crushing root and Lone Wolf provide you enough survivability for PvE so using Fox is a waste.

DEX and WIS, screw everything else. If you want more raw dps and deflect, get more DEX. If you want more crit, get more WIS (cc bonus from WIS seems not to work on HR, if at all)

Which happens alot to HR's dodge. On my TR, it never happens, unless some serious lag spike occurs. The immunity frame of HR dodge does not always work properly. He means TRs can go back to stealth thank to Shadow strike (encounter) and/or One with the shadows (Sabo capstone). Then they can either disengage from or reengage the fight as they want.

Yeah, I notice that too. I have 17% ls chance. It proc hefty in PvE but not so much in PvP for some reasons.

As I remember, the default cd of buffs encounters (i.e Boar skin, Oak Skin, Fox's cunning) is around 18-19s based on your recovery. So at rank 4, if the cd is around 15s, it correctly reduces the cd by 3 seconds.

The speed boost depends how many target(s) your fox shift hits. Each target will give a speed boost stack, up to 3 stacks. At max stacks, you will find your running speed increases significantly. As for fox's cunning, rank 4 does reduce the cd by 3 seconds, but it is not that noticeable as a trapper anyway.

It is one of the best class features for HR. It makes root effect also cause daze effect. Although it is very short (1 second with strong root and 0.5 second with weak root), it allows HR to interrupt target(s) casting their powers. It is extremely good on Trappers since they can spam it.

In my opinion, HR's problem is each path lacks of feats that allows them do their role. 1) Archery does not have enough tools to get away or keep enemy away from them. 1000 tokens or 84 wins so I doubt that if anyone has it yet. Wish that the pvp event NPC had on option to review those accessories.

Part of reasons that they removed pvp event so quickly last week was that the reward box for rank 5 enchantment (10 tokens) had a Brilliant Diamond as the reward instead of a rank 5 enchantment.

For IWD, the problem is that you cannot switch to less populated instance (for some mysterious reasons) plus there are so few instances unlike WoD.

Just go to outside Icepeak 1st camp, you will find 1-2 bots with 5 greater dragon hoard enchantments hugging cliff and killing kobolds 24/7 for rp stones.That is why they nerfed dragon hoard enchantments to the ground.
