We've already seen this gear on the list of event rewards, but what are they? Anyone got any of them yet?

    1000 tokens or 84 wins so I doubt that if anyone has it yet. Wish that the pvp event NPC had on option to review those accessories.

    says they are bound to account. usually bound account gear is leveled gear. Im curious to see if thats true with these.
