Doesn't really matter that Rogues got nerfed. Before and After the patch, GWF and GF were still top DPS on single target. Only way that will ever change is if they fix Greater Tenebrous stacking. After the patch, they just made it much more clear that GWF and GF is better for single target dps than TR.

You got it wrong. TR are still the best in PVP if the TR plays smart and runs away everytime his stealth is gone. (That's what stealth does) The best in PVE is GWF and GF. There's no point to take TR or CW to instances because GWF and GF can outdps them and have more survivability.

GWF > GF > TR > CW > DC If you give all 5 classes the best gears available with the best enchants available the outcome will always be the same if you use a parser to determine single target dps on boss: GWF > GF > TR > CW > DC

I tested as many builds as I could and this is by far the best dps build for rogues now: Max Dex and Con (STR and POWER doesn't really do anything for our damage even though they said it does) As many Greater Tenebrous enchants as you can get. FYI, Power doesn't do much. 3k power and 6k power has almost no damage difference. You can test with t2 set that gives power bonus. It's much better to reroll to GWF or GF and stack tenebrous enchants. (stacking tenebrous on rogues aren't as effective because it's based on how much hp you have left)

I predicted this before the patch went live. GF and GWF = best dps. With end game items, you just need 4 gwf or 4 gf and 1 cleric for easy mode. Then you're wasting your time. It takes 0 skills to complete the instance without exploiting. It only takes more time which is going to take even more time after the nerfs. Why do people exploit? Because they don't fix it and because that's all there is to do.

It's not Cryptic that's bad. Neverwinter became bad the moment Perfect World Entertainment bought the rights to it. NCSOFT, PWE, BHS, whatever chinese/korean developers you can think of = will never ever improve. They are like a chinese sweatshop: pump out products and ride the initial hype for 2 months then let it die.
