  • Ioun Stone of Allure - chance to slow target on encounter use: Since slow is a control power, does this mean that all control wizard encounter spells will now have a chance to trigger the High Vizier's set defense bonus? Icosahedron Ioun Stone: Probably the most difficult companion to obtain next to the Angel of…
  • Good foundry work. I got stuck on the "Return to the Surface" objective after the final fight. Chief Snapjaw will not appear to open the way to get to the ladder until you activate the statue that gives you Aiden Rolfsen as a companion. I wandered around for quite a while before figuring that out. I liked the fx work that…
  • Some really great work here. I thought the warped hallway was especially ingenious. Like others, I also had a hard time with the wizard puzzle. This mainly had to do with not being immediately clear about having to solve six words for six runes, or one word that all six runes were hinting at. I thought that the Martin…
  • Overall I thought this was a solid story driven quest, and I liked what you intended to do with the orc army, but I ended up not playing through that way. While in hiding at the fort, the patrolling army is in range of your hiding place once it spawns so you end up having to fight them anyway (I burned up a few major…
  • I agree with winterswitch. I did manage to complete your quest (with aoe,) but that nurse encounter is stacked way too high. Most of the other encounters in the dungeon area are heavy as well. I liked the costume work that you did on the "strong monster God" encounter, and I thought the sound work was well done. I thought…
  • I was surprised at how much detail you were able to include in that small village. Some very original architectural work there as well. Your dialogues are all understandable, and the humor comes across well, but I am sending you a pm with my notes to help make it more readable. Great work. Please give "Into the Drow Helix"…
  • I tried all four of them. I agree with boudiccia that the boss encounter at the end of Culling the Dead is stacked too high. I died once and burned a lot of pots to get through it. I thought the interiors looked good though, with just enough detail to make them interesting. In the Cleric of Lurue dialogue, "some how"…
  • Thanks for the feedback. Since a lot of people were reporting having trouble finding crystals 12 and 13 I created a string of blue orbs near the bottom that leads you directly to them as of the Sept 18th version. Hopefully older versions of people's quests are not still showing up in the catalog.
  • Just finished this. Going through your dialogue to clean up some of the spelling and grammar will make this play a lot better. Also, you could try and incorporate the "Press F to" that shows up in interaction descriptions with your text a little better. Stock names, like "potted plant 01" where you find the key to get into…
  • You have some pretty heavy encounter stacking going on there in the Grunt part, but as you give fair warning of that in the quest description I think it is ok. I was able to get through the first two Grunt challenges alright by retreating back to the first room, but getting ambushed as soon as I teleported into part three…
  • You have a good start to something here. The spots where the vaulted ceilings converge in your two main side rooms could use some pillars under them, and adding some furnishings throughout this environment would make it look much nicer. Please give mine a try when you have a chance: Into the Drow Helix.
  • I thought this was a good first foundry. Everything seemed to work the way it was supposed to. I caught a few typos here and there: Ann Potter dialogue: -"mothers" should be "mother's" -the player's name needs to go inside of the question mark in her opening remark. Joshua Potter dialogue: -"lose" should be "loose" -"ou" >…
  • I had a good time with this one. Loved the burning man brew barrel, very original. I think this quest will be quite popular next month. Please give "Into the Drow Helix" a run when you get a chance, and good luck with your production.
  • Yes, there was lightning fx with the explosion. Not sure how I was able the miss the shortcut waypoint then.
  • I got a little lost. Trying to keep track of all the doors and gates between the three areas went a little beyond my recall ability (I blame the Guinness.) Hopefully older versions of peoples quests are not still showing up in the catalog as I read above that you added a quest marker to your shortcut path which I did not…
  • Fun quest. I'm afraid that I don't have much to get critical over. I thought your environments looked good, and all of the interactions worked well. I did notice that the bottom step of one of your stairways that leads to the center of the fort wall top has some flicker on it. I really liked the idea of making the player a…
  • I think this will shape up to be a good introduction to your campaign. I enjoyed hunting the Valindra's followers through the forest. The stone walkway under the arch as you enter town has some bad flicker on it. Raising it up a little so that it is not flush with the ground will fix this. Same for the stone walkway that…
  • I enjoyed it. I thought it was everything that an arena quest needs to be with a little humor and story thrown in on top. On difficulty one I found myself getting disabled quite a bit in that last fight and almost dying, but that is my own fault for not learning how to dodge properly. I like what you did with the fx there…
  • This is really superior work. I'm afraid that I increased what should be average play time by quite a bit just from walking around to check out your details. Hope that does not scare anyone off. Only a few things to get critical over: -In the "Find clues about 'the water thief'" part, I think it might be difficult for some…
  • I enjoyed your quest. The exploration was fun, and I thought you made good use of object interactions. There are a few grammatical errors that I picked out: In the first Rothgar dialogue change "him and his" to "he and his." In the second Rothgar dialogue "better odds then" should be "better odds than," and "there's…
  • I just finished these and thought they were very inventive. I liked your use of encounter triggers, and the FX made your maps seem very dynamic. Ran into a problem in "The Skull of a Death Knight" interior. You have some encounters spawning above the ceiling which keeps the player in combat mode. While in combat mode you…
  • Challenging, but fair. I thought it was a nice little slaughter romp. I noticed as well at the beginning that "Sun Elf Warrior 03" and "Cleric Disciple 4" need to be renamed. Also, I would avoid ambushing players like that when going through portals. I think most people like to get their bearings before jumping into…
  • I can tell that you spent a lot of time crafting the story for this. Great work. Adding little details to your environment like having the cat hissing at the little girl helps it shine. I thought that the "Find Elleso's Body" objective should have been a reach area type quest objective rather than an interact with object.…
  • I thought this was a good story driven quest. I noticed a few water plane edges and corners showing at the bottom of the well that could be covered up with some rubble, and I think your town center would look a little better with some stone on the ground rather than grass. Overall, a great job. I really like the idea of…
  • Short, but sweet. Also well written. I thought that gate was going to be a problem for a minute, but I won't give anything away here.
  • Just ran it. Great use of fx. I thought map 2 looked fine, and if you are already at 1480 detail there then I don't see you being able to add much to it anyway. I would like to know how that drawbridge animation works.
  • Thanks for the feedback. I just played Halgarth's Legacy, which was a little challenging for my control wizard, but not unreasonable. Good use of detail throughout. I left a review, but it does not seem to be showing up in game. Is the review system still broken? I will run boudiccia and winterswitch's next. Also, seems…
  • Thanks for the feedback adylhere. Yes, I changed the names of "Drow Priestess", "Rebel Hexer," etc... to "Siren Priestess," "Siren Hexer," in order to let the player know which encounter group was being put into costume. I agree that the combat voices on the Hexers is a bit of a problem, but I don't think there is…
