I didn't change anything. This only two things I can think of is: a) Patching (with some bugs in it) or b) I Transferred Character to Preview to test things out and somewhere this happened. I could be wrong. I will try force verify and see what comes out.

EDIT Here is the SS: I can't use my mount or artifact, no change in key bindings etc. By the way I am almost 21k GS and familiar with the GUI and HUD. Coming from a 20k GS GWF, the class is unplayable PvP wise. I have stopped playing neverwinter for PvP and play LOL (League of Legends) instead. PvE wise I do some stuff, here and there but that is starting to get boring. There are other games with much better PvE content.
