Cannot view gears, select primary artifact or use mount

Does anyone know how this happened and how to fix it ?
I tried playing with settings and nothing seems to resolve this issue.

The first option on my character gives the same view as my costume option. I can't see any of my gears etc.

There's two buttons below your paperdoll on your character screen. The left one shows your gear, the right one shows your cosmetics. Click on the bottom left button to show your gear again. Your mount hotbar is stand-alone, if you don't see it, try going into ESCAPE > Rearrange HUD, and look for it there.

Edit: Also, perhaps this is what you meant: There's an arrow button to show/hide your gear on the left.

Thank you, will try it when I go home. I don't remember selecting this option , but I will try it again. If it doesn't I will give some SS when I go home.

Edit: I hope I can use my mount again as well.

These are the buttons I'm talking about:

Default HUD location:

In Rearrange Mode:

If you are level 20+ and don't see the Mount box in Rearrange mode, you may want to press SHIFT+ESCAPE to reset your HUD.

I will elaborate on my problem when I go home with SS. I am 20k+ GS and pretty familiar with the GUI, hud changes and key binding. Something is off.

EDIT Here is the SS:

I can't use my mount or artifact, no change in key bindings etc. By the way I am almost 21k GS and familiar with the GUI and HUD.
I clicked on every permutation on "return to default" , nothing is helping.

If I remember correctly it happened AFTER I did a character transfer on preview, not sure. The SS ofcourse is from the current live server (not preview).

Yikes, looks like you're missing some textures. I'd close the game, open the launcher, click options on the top right, and select to do a Force Verify of the game files. If that doesn't help, go back to the launcher, select Safe Mode then load the game again and after logging in all the way in Safe Mode, relaunch the game normally and see if that clears it up.

Moving this on over to bugs now though, as that shouldn't happen!

This is a long shot:
Have you increased the size of your HUD?
I've seen that cause all kinds of glitches over three different Cryptic/World games (Champs, STO, and Neverwinter). If you have changed it, reset it to 100% (normal).
Sorry if this is an obvious one you have already ruled out, but it is the only other thing (other than the Ol' Wizzard's recommendations, of course) that I know can cure this kind of thing.

I didn't change anything. This only two things I can think of is: a) Patching (with some bugs in it) or b) I Transferred Character to Preview to test things out and somewhere this happened. I could be wrong. I will try force verify and see what comes out.

I had a dracoinc tmeplar armor chest piece fr my sw temptation path nd when i logged back tonight it was not in my inventory nd it wasnt even equipped.how to fix this?
