in other MMORPG it is pretty normal, that you get a reincarnate or respec token, if they make such changes in some classes. Remember: It costs them NOTHING at all, because the player NEEDS this token after the changes and it is only a virtual, insubstancial item, with no real value.
You don't take critic about messed up things very well, do you? May I add, that 75$ for a new race is a little bit steep. And my I add, that the problem not able to play the new race was exclusive to your money paying customers. ;) That's priceless. Next time test this with real money transactions, too. <- That was my…
I feel the same. This HAMSTER uses up space, and I get no keys for them to open it. Even guild wars 2 give away some keys as quest reward for their boxes. And the boxes are, like this boxes, mostly useless as hell. They pilled up over 1.9 Million boxes in the AH in guild wars 2, to show the…
You miss the point entirely. Behind any bot is a HUMAN. Any human can do the quest. So your bot detection is worth nothing, except to kick out legit players, who don't do this quest. Good job.
This game is released, and in Open Beta stage. Nothing more nothing less. DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN IT, unless you have too much money and don't care about loosing it.
I heard, as GWF you have no chance in hell in PUGs to be accepted. The last thing is a combination of botched aggro managment. The cleric gets all the aggro, and goes down for sure, An you are not able to get tha aggro. Not that it would work either, because you are not able to shield yourself.
Yes, It needs work. Cleric gets most of the aggro for healing. and GWF is not able too hold the aggro. But GF and GWF are squishy. Damage output is not high enough, Defence does not work, Shift-a,w,s,d is a terrible key combination. Single enemy Damage with GF is too low. Trickster Rogue is a real killer, etc. They really…
Nice speech. But there is a little problem. New players like me, test the fighter classes. And they FEEL they are squishy. They were not implemented in the spirit of AD&D. The developers may think they are ok, but if they aren't ok in the eyes of the players, they will be never used. I really tried to use them, but I gave…
This is so true. This is rule number one for a successfull and good f2P game. Sell cosmetics, sell char slots, sell pets, sell mounts, sell bags, space, shared bank account, quests, new char classes, potion, revival scrolls, etc Sell all things that add convinience for the players. But never EVER sell CORE RULE COMPONENTS…
I discused this point with some friends. We all agreed in one point. If you play most time solo, you are not used to teamplaying. This will lead to two points: 1. You really suck personally in group playing. You are simply not used to it. And if you press need at every item, you will be kicked out of the group directly…
What future? If people find out, they are greedy, and fix only their finacial "loopholes" first, they will stay away. Or will not spend any money. And for the crafting system, if I do not find the recources in proper quantities ingame, I will not craft anything. I loose nothing here. I can still reach level 60. :D Besides…
Oh, Yes. Sure. They have a marketplace for this, you know. So that the traders can trade their goods in the marketplace. If they trade their goods outside of this place, they will be arrested. For loitering. And disturbing the peace. :D So even in cities they don't let traders roam freely through the street with their…
As I said before, ignore is all I need, to get rid of these spammers in MY zone chat. If the ignore function does more than just ignoring them, This is not my problem at all. I will ignore these players without common sense for my OWN sake. The system has to be fixed, yes. But from my point of view, it does, what I need,…
No, not kill them, arrest them, and throw them into jail for one hour. Deactivating zone chat for the same time. Only "say" is activated. :D Repeating offenders get increasing jail time max. up to 1 week. :D Maybe they learn this way. Reason for the guards: "Disturbing the peace" :D
This system is not broken. Only the people who use it for trade seem not to understand the message of the quiet majority. No advertising trade mails in the zone chat. And even after three times you don't get it? Traders are hard, I give them that. Use the logical custom channel named "trade". And think about it. These are…
Nice idea, but then it is too late. The large amount of founder pack AD disturbs the system as it is. Prices in the AH are too high. This leads to frustrated players, who want to see, what they can get for their weekly AD .. and they see, they have to wait until next the next big meteorshower hits the earth, to buy…
In my case -- yes. I will play untill I finished the main quest with two classes, after that it is bye bye. The prices are to high. 3-4 times. and the ingame items are too expensive. Today I played my cleric from level 1 to 19. And had only 2000 AD. It's because I do not stop for their hourly events. I do what I want in…
Trading items in Zone is spam. Use the custom "trade" channel, and add it to your chat. People are not working against you, you are working against the people, who actually want to read, and not to guess in the zonechat. You will be banned from chat again and again, untill YOU learn.
I agree. the gifts should be corresponded with the deities powers. Cannot be so hard to implement that. Changing the divine gift routine including a few if ().. statements. Adds some depth for a very low price.
Reading this I thought about a situation I had in Pen & paper AD&D. A new player to my group, thought, he could be do all what he wants, because group don't fight with themselves. What he did not realised was, that he had to roleplay properly to be accepted by the others, or they would roleplay the conflict with all their…
Trade channels work just fine, if you can add them to your normal chat window. If you do not like the messages, your are obviously no customer of the sellers/buyers, then you can deselect the channel. Simple as that. Works fine in DDO. Trade channel is on as default, but can be turned off every time. Posting in the trade…
They were penalized now. Because everybody, who tries to sell/buy something in the zonechannel is muted (chat banned) for sure eventually. The sollution is an official Trade/lfm channel. ASAP. I cannot understand why these channels aren't already built in the game. Is this the first mmo they built?
I agree. This is absoluty neccessary for the community, because otherwise you will get massive conflicts between different player groups. And, btw, fix your AH. Change it, so that you can pay with normal ingame money like gold, silver and copper. the current form obviously does not work. And sorting in AH should include…
