You can eventually unlock every single power at Rank 3. Even my alts got 3-4 extra power points already from casual playing, and mains have most things unlocked now.
My prayer alt GWF got the feat respec and I hadn't even spent hardly any feat points on him lol
I didn't get free feat respec on 2 GWFs, one a lvl 60, the other lvl 47.... wonder what's up with that?

So you completely change CW feats, skills and don't even have a forced respec. What the hell, so you nerf us now expect us to pay for your changes and ruining our class. IDC if anyone calls me out saying they are overpowered. I dont care! I will not wait the time to get the zen to correct changes YOU make.
GWF player here..
so you changed Iron Vanguard exclusive powers, you changed feats..
so we GWFs need not only feat respec, but also paragon respec.. BUT..
NOT ANY SINGLE RESPEC? hope you made mistake or somebody forgot to implement it for gwf also..
so no respec and no respect for gwf class, good job Cryptic, make your players/customers more angry..
You know what would have been even MORE hilarious? If they had raised the price of respec tokens. I mean, this Shanghai is already obvious enough, they might has well have gone the extra mile.

What a bloody joke
in other MMORPG it is pretty normal, that you get a reincarnate or respec token, if they make such changes in some classes.
Remember: It costs them NOTHING at all, because the player NEEDS this token after the changes and it is only a virtual, insubstancial item, with no real value.
I don't know if you guys remember but they made many changes to the hunter ranger previously including but not limited to another whole paragon path, but no respec was given out. I don't understand why you though this would be different, they did reset all feats that were changed tho, but no powers were changed only modified/nerfed thus not requiring a respec for normal game play. It would have been nice for them to include one though but i knew that it wouldn't happen. You know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I didn't expect one. I don't think its that people expected one, its that we should have been given one....
many things was changed on most characters so people needed to swap powers around, maybe some powers they didn't have or didn't have full points in and changing reroll might have been important too with the changes, I know it was for me.

That isn't how the suits see it. The execs see it as giving out a free fiver per character effected.

Even though no powers were "modified" (this depends on your defenition of modified) the changes that were made even just to the feats create drastic sweeping changes across the way the character will be played, especially with the HR and the CW. The dev blog about the CW changes even specifically state that they wanted to make some other less used powers shine. What is the point of that if they don't actually let us get the powers that they want to shine?

I know exactly what your talking about as my main is a HR and i have a CW alt but it really doesn't affect play only affects people trying to max dps which is not really vital to the game anyways more of a personal preference.
In the French game, translation actually not reflect all the latest changes to the heroic feats (CW)
For Focused Wizardry we have : "Focused Wizardry: Single target Powers deal 2/4/6% more damage" instead of " Your single target powers deal 10/20/30% more damage and your Area of Effect powers deal 30/20/10% less damage"
We have a forced respec with the wrong informations...

For me it absolutely effected my play on my HR AND my CW. So much so that I am not enjoying them. My solution is to make a SW and if they don't decide to go with customer service before greed by the time I want to go back to my HR or CW, I'll reroll them. I'll speak with my wallet.
In the past when there were changes to classes such as powers, feats etc, we got a free retrain token.
Why are we no longer getting the free retrain token?
Free Feat/Boon respec token is a joke. My characters are HAMSTER with the modified powers. some are just useless now for the build i had originally intended.
Give the following classes free retraining tokens, or at least allow them to also, respec powers
CW
GF
GWF
HR
I show player support, by only playing Neverwinter as F2P
That's even worse than being without a full respec. I hope you made a bug report of that.
Yes, on the french official forum where translators pass occasionally. But it's too late i guess...
Most players do not go on forums to learn about the changes and they trust what they read. (in game).
I do think we need an optional full respec. As it stands, even with one I am seeing a lot of fail with the 'changes'. It is tough to remain positive in the face of things.

Free respec #1 - came with mod 3. I never used it. I didn't need to.
Free respec #2 -Retraining token came with First Time Buyer's Pack. ( I transferred in Zen that I had earned in surveys, and Bing rewards so this was all free.) Still haven't used it.
Since I play a TR with "changes yet to come" I have these saved up. I may not ever need them. With the XP rewards past lvl 60 I earn I get every power possible.
Some people are just scared of change, or the possibility that now they are not "all powerful individuals". Meh, who wants to be a deity anyhow? I'm busy chillin'.

Powers not reset isn't that bad, you get enough power points form the overlevels to max out all (or at least most? But i think it was all). May take a while, depending on your luck, but you will get there eventually.
The problem is the *forced* feat reset and inconsistent and incomplete information. Not only can we not try our build up to now, to see how it holds up, we have to play gimped (not assigning feats) or take random guesses.
when i checked my CW at level 48 only the 5 points from the feet that was moved was reset. now it will not let me spend the 5 points in any of the first two tears.

I already covered in a previous post why it was so important to get a full respec... as have others. We literally had to pay 5 bucks to repsec. which is complete BS. At anyrate... You don't have to do Random guesses to see a Given spec's powers or whatever. There's this thing called a "preview" server. On that server you get infinite free respecs, race changes, and you can copy over your characters and their entire inventories as well. Thus allowing you to Test out Your character before you respec, AND test out drop rates, chances of upgrades... the preview server really is a blessing. there you can copy over everything and use the materials and transfer them inbetween characters to test out perfect vorpals, life drinker, greater plague fire, etc etc Test drop rates with keys on boxes to see if its worth it.... You can truly TEST everything out if u copy ur stuff over enough you can even level your artifacts all the way to 100 and see if u really want to test that out as well.
Did everyone stop being upset about this? If we want PWE to listen we need to make more noise. Let them know we won't stand for decisions that put greed over customer service.

This happened when mod 3 released, we complained and nothing happened, so don't expect anything to change.

At least for my case, that's the scenario with my classes.
