The root of the problem continues to be the still ridiculous concept of artifact equipment requiring RP to level. Go back to a system where the best loot drops from dungeon bosses.

Since the dragon hoard RP is bound, how does this do anything but harm legitimate players? I thought the whole point in making the RP bound was that so legit players could farm their faces off if they chose to level up their artifacts?

No. The point of adding a 3rd or even 4th is due to the difficulty of the new mod. Watering down the existing ones would defeat that purpose

That's all well and good when BiS gear dropped from dungeons, but when you have to create your gear via this horrible refining system, which them becomes obsolete when the level cap raises, that's an entirely different animal altogether.

Yes, but the RP value would need to be higher. Black opal at least, with a chance for 2x black opal or something. Then, maybe a really low chance for a ruby, or even better, a super low chance - like artifact belt % for a diamond

In what world should a heavier-armored GWF EVER do more damage than a caster or ranged class? This is how it should be. You trade off better defense and armor for less damage, as in every other game - ever.

it is definitely worth it. They are very cheap, and you will not have to worry about replacing your weapon until level 60. Once you hit 60, you will want to run the phantasmal fortress lair in the dread right for the thayan pact blade, which is a good power boost until you can get a t2 mainhand.

Dracolich could have been created from a younger dragon, and would hence have weaker dragon powers than lostmauth, who seems to be portrayed as an older, or ancient red dragon. I don't see the problem with this. It was too easy fighting them one at a time. It is a much more entertaining fight when you are fighting them both at once.

The problem with Hubris is that I just don't see dark spiral as being very good. It is great when there are 3+ spheres up, but unless you are killing something, you aren't generating more spheres.
