I am lvl 22, and I have AD for Dragon Bone Grimoire and Pact Blade for SW, but is it worth buying?

People say it is good for exping, what then when I reach lvl 60, is it still good for starting to gear up my 60 SW???

Help I am new to this game, and I want to learn.

It's a fine start, and you can use them in t2 dungeons, while you collect Drake seals from the bosses.

You can buy a reasonable purple non-set mainhand and offhand with these seals- which you can collect while you're collecting your Accursed Diabolist set. Then you're going to be in good shape to hit Malabog's Castle, Valindra's Tower and eSoT/eLoL to increase your options.

You can also go for an artifact weapon later, too- but you might want to wait for mod 5 before taking the plunge. Meanwhile, the above will do you just fine.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

So I should do it, and it should be fine? Is it better than T1 weapons?

it is definitely worth it. They are very cheap, and you will not have to worry about replacing your weapon until level 60. Once you hit 60, you will want to run the phantasmal fortress lair in the dread right for the thayan pact blade, which is a good power boost until you can get a t2 mainhand.

It may not be better then all of T1s, but it has good stats. You may go from that one strait to a T2 seal, T2.5, T3 or artifact weapon. eDV is a pain in the...

Crapton cheaper than the epic ones, that you'll replace when you reach 60 anyway so why fork over the cash for those.

The Dragonbone weapons/gar are great for leveling. They tend to be better then the drops and quest rewards you receive while leveling. You can get 'em one and never worry about swapping out gear. They are also decent for the beginning of your end game career.

Dont forget to put some some rank 5 enchant (armor penetration might be best) in them as you dont need to swap them out until 60. Rank4 is ok too if you dont have the AD.
