I am a big proponent of crowd-sourcing for video game design and this topic is a perfect example. The players know much more about what will/won't work than most designers. I just wish more dev houses took advantage of the free info provided them by their fan base.
What, exactly are you supposed to do with that tool? I can see that you can choose various different options, but I don't see any output to tell you the difference between the different settings.

I have a similar issue. I have read the wiki and there is still no reference to how spells stack and what, exactly, that mechanism is. Also, I can't find a key to the icons that are listed on the enemy bar during a fight. Are these the items that are stacked? Thanks
Okay, maybe I am being thick, but I don't see any output that tells you what your choices mean. Is this tool meant to compare different specs for characters?
