I just honestly dont think they care...its pretty simple...you want to upgrade your gear: Wait and pray you get a coal from invoking, and as Ive said...10 characters over the last 6 months and not one coal...yep... or hey pay that $10...which do you think Perfect Worlds Banking on you doing.....

Well CS handed this over to the Devs...and apparently they did something. I recieved an E-Mail to enter the game and my Spider would be able to be put in my stable. It was, and there was much rejoicing (YAAAAAAAY!!!)... But, another issue just happened to pop up...it was only fixed on the character I sent the ticket in…

Any news on when the Gilded Giant Spider, bought from the Zen Store with Real Money, will be fixed...since from what I and other players who own said mount are hearing, the Wondrous Bazaar Version was made functional in the new stable system...but the cash store version wasnt....

Funny Ive played for a year, and I have bought many of the coffers, and I invoke everyday, max amount of times a day...on 6 Different toons...in that year Ive recieved ZERO Coal wards...on anything... So sorry, Im gonna say your a might skewed in your perceptions...or do mods get bonuses on rng?
