  • Bug #2: Also, the slow effect from bile can only be applied by hits to any targets for a very short duration before going into a rather long cooldown. The description needs to be changed to note that it is a temporary effect, or this bug needs to be fixed. I wish it would work from any hit though since it requires stacks…
  • The last time I tried my Transcendent Bile not too long ago on my rogue it was only proccing something like 50s on the first hit and not much higher for the second. The damage is obviously extremely bugged. As far as the slowing goes, it does work, but only for a short time. Only the first so many hits within a short…
  • Depending on how bad arm pen suppression is and the damage at 70 is, I don't see it being a problem from a standpoint of making certain classes too tanky seeing as regen being cut out would already have a massive effect.
  • It doesn't seem out of line for what it should be capable of doing. The problem is all of the rest of them are still very lackluster in comparison.
  • I happy with being able to mix and match pieces without worrying about the set bonus. Plus not having the stealth bonus on rogue sets would probably help balance rogue in PvP.
  • All I can say is I haven't spent money on the game since the first months after starting. It was only then that I realized the prices are too ridiculous for what you get to have any significance, and for me the cosmetic options were a bit lackluster. If I could get more significant progress for what I pay or if they had…
  • As a PvP player, I feel it is good that some of the grinding can be done ahead of time. It gives more casual PvP players an equal head start with what they have worked for over time rather than forcing everyone to start from scratch, leading to only those who are hardcore grinders to get gear much faster.
  • I didn't know conspiracy theorists played Neverwinter. Tell me more about this mythical jump technique which was secretly implemented to make one nearly invincible in PvP and make all other factors obsolete O_O
  • First of all, no one has even tried tenes with the intended nerf, so we can wait till it is fixed before making claims about that. Secondly, how many of you actually tried slotting multiple tenes on PTR in lv 70 PvP at max rank before they got broken? Thirdly, how many of you have forgotten that tenes are affected by all…
  • This appears to be a related issue as the transcendent bilethorn bug I noticed and just posted.
  • In any game, it seems the truly wealthy are the ones who good at managing their AD through market trends. Particularly in this game, your goal shouldn't be to farm your way up if you want to get a maxed out character. It would simply take too long. Rather, time would be better spent learning how to use your wealth to make…
  • Get them now if you want to use them while the price is less than 1/2 of what it rose to when it wasn't broken before this botched nerf caused prices to tank. Regardless, these will still be viable for any class once fixed, but especially OP. Terror will also provide more chance to activate for previously vorpal dependent…
  • It jut means we wait a few weeks before cashing in the profits. In fact, I'm glad. It gives me more time to buy up what I didn't get to invest in fast enough before prices jacked up. In addition, now it gives me a better picture of where the market will head for certain item in a few weeks to better prepare and focus on…
  • This is definitely the right decision, but lets not get overact with so much undeserved praise. They still failed to uphold their commitment by a significant margin. Ultimately, they failed. Normally I wouldn't be so harsh. Everyone makes mistakes. However, as we have seen buggier content which is being rushed out, it is…
  • How long did it take? This may be the only viable moneymaking method left for PvE assuming you can avoid loot thieves and bans for doing something unusual...
  • These were my was my initial thoughts as well, but then I started thinking about rogue vs rogue who would win. When relying on moves like DF/CoS/BB, it could really give an advantage. Ofc one could slot LB or use SE, but both would be tough to land on other rogues. In addition I was thinking it would work well with ITC as…
  • I'd like to see a purely RP gathering based profession instead, but with RP as some sort of temporary RP mechanic that could not be used in any way to affect the economy. It could act as RP until the item/enchant were unslotted, then be reimbursed. Perhaps it would also have a system in place to allow for temporary…
  • They aren't going to push it back. Past experience shows they always do things at the last minute to force mod releases out. Yeah, it sucks, but at least it keeps things interesting...
  • Yep. Scoundrel was always the weakest link in PvP and PvE except for the minor support benefits dazing could provide. However, it never came close to the increased capabilities of damage + survivability from Sabo/Exe. Even then, the due to the nature of unmitigated damage from Sabo & the free stealth refill, it has been…
  • They could at least make it give its value in RP when put into another artifact and be unaffected by modifiers such as crit or x2 RP event. They could even make it just give 1/2 the RP put into it under similar conditions. There really is a lack of incentive to use these artifacts with how quickly the game progresses with…
  • Can't believe there wasn't an overwhelming response for this, but whenever new mods come and the ZEN backlog grows, it is always easy AD to wait out offers to buy ZEN, then sell ZEN items on the AH. It is also a much more safe investment than trying to predict market trends on other items.
  • Linus and glory are things which are already farmable and do not yield tradable results. Hence, I see no harm with being able to farm them ahead of time. (Even with glory you cannot save enough to buy the full set if I remember correctly. In addition though, one could buy glory caches from the AH to use on release…
  • It is about taking steps in those directions, not about complaining that it isn't perfect when they finally listen to the endless pleas for variety for ages. The fact that they are expanding on it and working to give us something knew is the right direction, even if it may not be where we want it yet. Personally, I think…
  • Hehe, the price has been tanking on these so fast that I'm about ready to double invest in these for when they get fixed ;)
  • This has some pretty solid points in it
  • Personally if it were me I'd still take sabo route with it, especially since scoundrel got nerfed for PvP. Although, I did not hear about the DS damage being halved in PvP. With that, I wouldn't chose it over MI. Keep in mind that overload enchants will be available on PvP stealth gear next mod too. I'd say it'd be a nice…
  • Still, the game shouldn't be designed to compensate for blatant class imbalances. The imbalances should be dealt with separately. I love the idea of a new option. It is nice to see variety in PvP content and more attention being given to its development.
  • Challenging PvE content? Sounds great for once
