I made a transcendent bilethorn enchantment on preview yesterday. I tested it with my lv 60 TR using x2 fallen dragon daggers. The result on dummies in trade of blades and on multiple monsters in IWD PvE was EXTREMELY low damage activations of often only 40-60 damage from the first effect, followed by EXTREMELY low damage from the 4 second delayed damage.
This is obviously nowhere close to the advertised % weapon damage values indicated in the enchantment description!
Please look into this. The cost of creating a transcendent enchantment is far to high to have it be this useless due to such a severe bug.
Also, the slow effect from bile can only be applied by hits to any targets for a very short duration before going into a rather long cooldown. The description needs to be changed to note that it is a temporary effect, or this bug needs to be fixed. I wish it would work from any hit though since it requires stacks to maintain the effect though...
Just about all of the Transcendent weapon enchantments are experiencing some kind of similar bug. The exact same problem you described (damage way below advertised) I've reported on Lightning, Plague Fire, and Terror enchantments. Other enchants like Vorpal are not working at all at Rank 11 and 12.
Basically none of the Transcendent enchantments work as they are supposed to.
