Twice today I saw an admin message stating that Waukeen was smiling upon me, and I'd receive $50 of rewards with my first Zen purchase. I've never seen this before. Can anyone shed some light on it? In my case, I bought some keys each time, but it generally has me just curious.

Very strange. When it happens again, you may want to file a /bug report in game then with details on time/date and a copy of the chat output, so they can look into it. You could also file a GM ticket with the exact chat output and ask them for any details on that promotion.

The problem with this is the admin message itself is missleading, it should say something about the first time buyers pack in the post. I had guildies who already had the first time buyers pack, saw the message and then were upset because they didn't get anything.

For the record, this has been happening to me as well. Started after the latest patch, on Friday. I have 2 characters; the 2nd one just recently leveled to 60, has her first boons in Sharandar and Dread ring, and just started the ToD campaign. She is the only one getting the system admin message. Come to think of it, it may have coincided with my first trip to WoD.
I received the first time buyer's pack quite a while ago. It was my first thought that everyone was seeing the message, and in regards to 1st time buyer's pack. But then not everyone was seeing it. I went ahead and bought $10 to see (and on that toon) but of course, didn't get anything for it (other than the zen). I'll try to remember to file a bug report next time.
