They must be the same batch of keys from the prior promotion, if so, only one code will work per account. I could not redeem my key on my account that had already redeemed one from before but was able to on my secondary account that didn't have it yet.
All who are getting "Invalid" - did you already claim a "Fatespinner" promotional code before?

I encourage those who cannot redeem their code, due to already having the title from the earlier promotion, to give the key to a friend or family member that doesn't have it yet. If, for some unknown reason, you cannot redeem the code and do not have the "Fatespinner" title, please Contact Support and supply them with your code.

I did not have the Fatespinner title yet and was able to redeem one of MMOLife's codes.
Can anyone confirm receiving titles from the recent "Buy X, receive Y" Zen promo? The big items were the Powrie companion and the bear mount, but I didn't qualify for either of those. I did, however, buy some res scrolls specifically for the Heartwarder title. Checked mail, checked Reward Claims, checked available titles, but no joy.
And yes, I'll file a ticket if other people have received titles, but didn't want to file one if titles haven't been activated yet.

"Code invalid" means the code is invalid, so either badly copy/pasted or badly released by the promotion managers or by Cryptic.
"Code already redeemed" is what we're looking for here.

This is a rather old promo, so it's entirely possible the codes don't work at all anymore. People coming across old codes for the horses from PC Gamer, the Drow Merc from CD Action, so on, are reporting that the codes are simply no longer valid even if they haven't been redeemed yet. You might want to open a ticket to make sure, but there's a good chance it's just not valid anymore.

You was right, the keys are not valid anymore, my bad :P
Yeah, that bites, it took them days to get to the 15k in donations to that site, and the code was good for about five or six hours. I am willing to bet that a lot of people that donated, will not even get the title. Unless they happen to follow NW on twitter.

Yeah I donated $10 but I didn't get the title ,I'm not really bothered because I only ever use the Caturday survivor title but I guess that isn't the point , I'm just glad it wasn't something that was actually worth something .
