Lol, the character I created yesterday is deleted xDDDDD

I know I know, is necessary for things come back to normality, but can you give me the configuration? I don't really care about the items and level, because I just started yesterday so I didn't lose anything really good, but I would like to have my character with the appearance he had, it was cool, and I liked it, do I must wait or simply I have to create a new one? I don't have any character on my account, is empty again. Thanks for your attention and help

I am really glad the roll back happened and not an entire wipe! Thank you for taking action to getting things back on track! I am also looking forward to this pack we are getting

Are there going to be any more rollbacks? People in game chat say theres a 2nd and a 3rd scheduled, but I cant find info on this at all.

The exploiters now have 50,000,000+ AD, thousands of Gold, and duplicates of most of the Purple items. How are the non-cheaters ever going to complete?

okay, other players had to tell me where to find this. Why the hell isnt there an ingame message telling me there has been a 7 hour reroll, why isnt it on the hompage or at least in the NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS area of the forum? this is news AND an announcement right? I couldnt find this and kidna panicked thinking the entire game got rerolled by hackers or something, instead of just a backup placed back to fix some issues. Its ok to do a reroll for something like that, but it's not okay to hide it like that! look, I understand you dont want bad publicity, but I'm playing this game and if my character / the server gets rerolled a couple of hours, I'd like to know, so you tell em instead of me askign everyone wtf happened!

Exploiters are/will be banned already. This was taken care of yesterday afternoon. They received emails. Unless they missed a lot of people.

Just curious are you willing to refund me entirely for the Founders Pack and all Zen purchases ? I knew there would not be a fair way to deal with this unless it was a ROLL Back to a fresh start.

I played this game honestly and paid my real money honestly, and feel cheated for the future of having to play with those who exploited the game and have every neat treasure there is including weapons, gear, pets, mounts etc.

Why in the 9 hells would you not roll back to the beginning ? yes we will have to start over but feel as though we are all on the same playing field.

2 things:

1) I accidentally bought mount training 2 when the game first started and have been listing it over and over in hopes someone would help me recover the ~750,000 AD. Yesterday, finally, someone bought it! Now I'll never get that lucky again, probably. That totally sucks.

2) I sure hope the "sorry package" is good. If it's a bunch of party poppers that'd be kind of insulting. I'm talking about a "consume this for 2 levels" item would be nice, because that's about how much I played :P

They banned/are banning the exploiters...the AH is down because they are probably cleaning it up. They are handling it. They wont let the economy be inflated like it was yesterday. Just calm down.

I dont need to be able to sue, i can simple ask Paypal to refund my money which they'll do in a heartbeat because fortunately Paypal and CC companies almost always side with the consumer and no, that's not illegal

I HAVE lost something, the value of my assets which were promised to have a certain worth when i bought it. I expect compensation or i will charge back since i wasn't given product i was promised on their website. It really is that simple and the fact you refuse to see it and instead try to use smoke and mirrors through faulty analogies makes me wonder what kind of an investment you have in PWE

This was not some outside force they couldn't control. This was an exploit that people have reported since the closed beta. This was an exploit which was also present in another Cryptic game months ago. This means they fully knew about it and yet they didn't do anything about it

Full wipe would mean instant death for the game at this point.

Furthermore if you do not know how mmo databases are built and handled stop shouting nonsenses already. It can take them some time to wipe cheaters but they can do it quite easily.

They just have to determine the players that can ruin the economy and couldnt possibly have millions of AD an just ban their butts off and wipe their accounts.

This is doable.

So please don't suggest full wipes. I'm not starting over again just as I think most innocent people wouldn't just because some HAMSTER that can be solved happened.

I have a problem i did buy a tier 2 weapon from the drake seal wendor whith 120 drake seals i had like 135 or somthing dont remenber now i have onlee 15 and dont have the sword.The tier 2 sword Drake's Longsword of the Grand Regent i put it on the action house yesterday and dont have it not in mail not in my backpack its gone.There is nothing abaut seals in the first page. THX u

What about the ones who have been exploiting since launch? Most of then are laughing about a 72 hour ban - when they made 50,000,000 AD and thousands of gold.

This has been a REPORTED PROBLEM long before May 19, 2013 (MANY PEOPLE have submited tickets to you all and you've blown them off and closed them) Lots of us have screen shots of these tickets that were submited as the users where kind enough to post
them online for all to see that NOTHING WAS DONE.

The people that were doing this have been doing this LONG BEFORE THIS DATE. It really just blew up yesterday and the ecomony really tanked as of yesterday. But that doesn't add to the fact that the other 3 or 4 major exploits you all (BLEW OFF) didn't add to it. Why not just admit fault and do a wipe of the servers that a lot of us want? your not fixing the problem here your just HAMSTER over all of us that didn't jump on this bug when it was first leaked in APHA and you all didn't close it than.

Many people jumped on this soon as launch hit and the horse has already left the gate. I don't know what you think you have fixed by rolling it back a few hours? maybe you put a few bucks back in your Wallets and thats all that really matters to you all I guess.

omfg are you that stupid? they cant fix it... the exploiter bought gold, 1000+ of cats, all the epic loot, and all the Zen, so they need to first ban the exploiters, then they need to retrace every single transaction, from close beta, and forward, not to mention that the exploiters would have a **** load of mules, and everyone in there guild and on therte freind list have been affected from there "gifts", there awesome solution to this problem is a 7 hour rollback, yea great fix, this just show all of us that f2p = cheat as often and as much as possible, you wont loose anything.

I put up 1000 Zen for 383 AD each a few days ago. There have only been a few transactions and of course the AD/AH is now bonkers. So when do I get my AD? Or should I simply forfeit my Zen, throw up my hands and say 'oh well'?

It is beginning to look that way since PW doesn't have the stones to do the right thing and do a proper rollback. "Starting Sunday morning"....what a load of ****. It got totally out of hand Sunday morning, but it became very noticeable early Saturday night and has been going on since launch.

This is starting to remind me of the Failcom hacking debacle in Age of Conan. They never took charge of that problem and it ruined the game.

I hope I'm wrong, but these halfassed approaches to fixing serious problems is very disconcerting. I like this game and would like to spend a lot of money on this game, but I won't HAMSTER my money down the drain on a poorly designed and poorly policed product.

I lost celestial coins on 4 different characters. Does this mean I would get a thank you pack for each of this characters or would I have to just count it as a loss on my other characters

So the roll back happens to suppress the AD from your character account, your lvl, progress ... but does not affect your bank storage or you Zen market ...

I also did a lot of work to be able to buy a pet, and now everybody owns it ... again for free ...

Rollback did not affect everything, and that is a strong problem !

I'd like this issue answered in the FAQ please

Am I the only one noticing this problem ? why isn't it discussed and adressed in the FAQ ? can we quit the raging and use this post to add to the FAQ content ?
