There is somewhere a picture of a GWF character sheet flying around in the forum, the stats are way beyond good and evil, and based on some mixture of buffs from other classes and some other bugged HAMSTER... We should base the nerf for GWF exactly on those numbers!

GWF OP? o.O Ridiculous. This class is only a newbie killer in pvp and that's it - when you learn your class and get a pvp gear (about 2,4k IL +) gwf can't touch you. This class is almost at the same lvl like SW - both have no dodge. On IL 2,5k+ classes like TR, CW, GF, HR with proper pvp build and gear are beyond gwf reach, if they know their classes you won't kill them - it was proved many times with videos I won't gonna post links, people were doing it already many times. But there is no point in writing anything - there is always plenty of newbie players which prefer to nerf other classes than get a gear or learn how to play their own class or are expecting good results in pvp having pve build. GWF has been nerfed to the ground in module 5 and 6. Right now on 2,5k + IL and BiS lvl GWF is the weakest class along with SW. Its also typical for this game that casual players entering pvp for daily ad are making "class balances" (and devs are listening to them), because of that many players left game.
In PvE? - there are some situations that GWF is simply not able to attack, for example: in Lostmauth dung. on 2 boss scorpions battle when you don't have a tank in pt gwf can't attack, why? - because this is melee, close combat, class with no defense, when you get one scorpion hit you are dead, ranged class may kite boss and dps him at the same time, gwf can't. Only thing you can do is trying to run and hit but this way you are losing more than 50% dps while ranged classes are hitting boss all the time. Curious why ppl don't want GWF in pt for ECC?
I just wanted to clear up somethings about rumors of things to come in the game that are true or not, I'll scratch off the ones that came or are coming to fruition within the game.
Warlocks are getting a buff: Confirmed by developers Raw stat enchants will get 100 more stats added to the 700 giving it a total value of 800: Unconfirmed. Fey touch is getting nerfed: Unconfirmed Barkshield is getting buffed: Unconfirmed Negation is getting nerfed: Unconfirmed Rogues are getting nerfed: Unconfirmed Companions won't be used in SH PvP: Confirmed by developers. Everyone has Lostmauth set. The results are various but its not the main reason of GWFs doing 1,5-2* dmg than others!

Just levelled up a GWF and transferred everything I could from my old main. They nerfed the GF with the all-inclusive Paladin, so I wanted something new. I hate to hear it will also be nerfed, if that actually comes to pass. I was not aware of anything OP about them, I just want a straight fighter, with DPS and no drama.
Is the VOD spoken of available on the website somewhere? I'd like to hear what was actually said.

when people come to say how much hard a gwf hit in party - yes, is a fact - they forget the external buffs. that means, part of my damage is the "damage" of another class.
the opposite is true?
a second problem is, like i said before, some classes are nerfed and buffed but never optimizaded. gwf is aways a class that up so much based in your gear. aways be that. to the way how the class is today, you can not prevent some super geared guy w/o destroy the low geared. pure terrorism
what is true too, and that is another thing is: gwf is by far, far the best class for solo play. being no enemy able to hurt by a single hit (or 3), even in the biggest majority of heroic encounters, the temporary hp works like a super self heal. being some strutural problems not important (like threat VS the low range of aoe powers) you can stack your HAMSTER boosts very fast and then kill the enemies in feel seconds. in pve? that temporary hp is just a way to absorb, in t2 dungeons, 2 hits before die.
now, the facts is there: the actual scenario can be imbalanced for solo, but the most balanced, between functions, speaking about pve. the devs will nerfed the class again - will? - w/o optimize ? well, will be 2 modules being the worst class and other 2 being a monster, more strong than ever.
"Destroyer GWF reaching 137% of critical chance is the reason for the class being broken, and isn't all the GWF that are broken, but the destroyer path that is delivering way too much damage!!! "
just one thing: no destroyer feat give critical chance (you got 5% from instigator) and iam not sure how a gwf can got that by your own ways, but if that is possible, ok... that need be fixed. but discuss here if a class is balanced or not based in some weird bug dont make sense. no decent player defend bugs just to sustain some hegenomy.

Before even start talking about "nerf the GWF", firstly the lostmauth's set bonus must be fixed. Only then, we will be able to get a realistic view of every class DPS during an usual dungeon run. The class is only getting maximum benefit using that set bonus due to high crit % (100% uptime), high crit severity, attack speed and damage bonuses granted by the class itself and by others. Once it gets fixed, the source of dmg will be reduced, therefore, increase the time it takes to kill a mob giving the opportunity to other classes to deal more damage. That will reduce the wide difference in dmg between classes.
