i`d like to see a skeleton race ;p but guess it won`t fit in the story somehow.
a pot that gives the look of a skeleton for an hour would be nice.
realy Need it ;p while playing in a pirate costume.

Which is interesting,... since every poll I've seen had Paladin clearly on top.

They can say whatever they want of course.

How is Druid beating Bard??? Warlock is beating Bard as well? Anyway anymore news on this? It's been like 100 years, c'mon.

Instead of Module three, many of the community would like to see more class choices. I'd love for the next few months of the updates to this game's content to be more about adding new classes than adding new end game content.

If that time was spent wisely, the game could have 2 times the number of classes it has now in just 6 months.

This has been posted before but it got merged into an upcoming class thread. Kind of silly imo since it kind of reduces the hype and discussion of specific news which deserve their own discussion. Most people probably don't bother reading the latest updates of older threads I imagine.

Also, I think I see some sort of new Lock Box there? With what appears to be a Dragon on it? any word it there will be some sort of Uber-Keewl Dragon Themed Loot?

Weee! so hyped that my Spellstorm Renegade that I worked on every day for over a year has been nerfed into oblivion in all likelihood to make way for a new dps caster *yaaaaay cheers*

Considering all the paragon paths they could have chosen for a D&D Warlock they went with Hellbringer , such imagination and daring shown by the development team...

I see no reason to be hyped here. Those warlocks better hope they can fill the AoE shoes of all the CWs who leave.

    It's the pseudodragon one.

How do you know what they went with D:

Anyway, looking forward to them whatever they may be and hope they have a place on the team.

Wait , so you are trying to disagree that spellstorm renegade has been nerfed into uselessness in order to make way for a new dps caster? if you aren't then I find it hard to see what is stupid about my statement since it is almost certainly fact ,if however you mean that nerfing two paragon feat trees for a class to make way for a new class is stupid then yes , I agree.

Also it's quite difficult to get 'hyped' over something most people on the forums have known about since the module 4 changes got patched last week , asking people to get hyped over something that is as widely known as this could be regarded as 'stupid' :) .

CW got nerfed because they were OP in pve, not because of the new class is anticipated to come. Likewise gwf are getting nerfed because they're op in pvp. That's not to say they didn't go over the top making unneeded and over the top changes. You could say that they made 2 paths useless, but thaum used to be the superior one anyway, it's just that we will have to swap now. Ideally all paths would have their place, and they wouldn't make spellstorm be pointless to take. However on the plus side it gives us motivation to play the new path which has a somewhat useful at will and a pretty good daily and encounter with some use. Still there's plenty of time for some additional adjustments. Nothing's final. GWFs probably got it tougher. Cba testing either though, but I hear reasonable things about cws.

We were nerfed because our class is godlike on PvE. It's totally unrelated to a new class arriving.

The devs nerfing the class in the wrong way doesn't change the fact that a whole new class is new content and a new way to play through the game, which is exciting and if you're not, then you should leave the RPG style :I

This is a topic talking about the new class Scourge Warlock, if you want to whine about "unfair nerfs to the poor CWs" you should come here.

GWFs are just as strong in PvE as CWs. They have as much damage, and don't need control. They're mostly only having parts of one path nerfed (anew to them path), and only mostly in PvP. They're not getting hit anywhere near as hard as CWs.

Only time will tell if Warlocks are the reason CWs are having their damage and control stripped away. I still see no reason to be excited about the introduction of an unneeded class, that would be better off as a CW paragon path.

Warlock cannot be a paragon path for a Wizard. Warlocks get their magical ability from a different source than Wizards, you cannot merge the two. They need to be distinct classes.

And this is where the problem lies ,instead of going with one of the really interesting paragon paths they have almost certainly gone with Hellbringer which is ranged dps , there was so much potential for Warlock but they have done the obvious but whatever .

This game has no distinction of magical sources, outside of arcane or divine. Warlocks, sorcerers, wizards, bards, bladesingers...etc are arcanists.

Just hope the Warlocks look much less ridiculous than CW while casting

    Um,... WRONG.

    Flat out untrue.

Warlocks are granted their powers by powerful extra-planar entities. Demons, elementals, or powerful fey lords. completely different then divine on arcane magic. You obviously know little about D&D or forgotten realms magic dynamics.

And to let you in on a little secret. More distinct classes will make them more money. Both because that's the way they are in actual D&D and because more classes mean more people spending more zen.
