a very unusual bug popped up for me today. my active companion (fire archon) some how duplicated itself so i had 2 active at the same time. it persisted through dismissal, deactivation, and changing actice companions, plus it gave me the usual companions gift from my normal archon. i have no idea how it happened in the first place and i couldn't replicate it but i do have evidence of the bugged archon in action.
Strangely, I found a "dead" sprite of this fire archon in my adventures yesterday. You can see the name of any (non-augment) companion that hasn't despawned when its owner logged out by hovering over it. Possibly the dead archon was the result of the duplication bug, with one archon correctly despawning and the other not, because it wasn't meant to be there in the first place.
I have seen numerous other unaccompanied companions in the River District, both dead and alive. While this didn't-despawn bug isn't unheard of and can be observed in PE on occasion (there was once a goat by the bank for several days, as it persisted until maintenance closed the instance it was stuck to), it does seem more prevalent currently.
Any confirmation that the weekly quest in the River District is actually bugged? I still don't know whether I'm just missing something or not. I could unlock the second foe tomorrow so would be good to get an answer before the weekend.
Yesterday my DC's cockatice was hanging out in the Protector's Garden invoke circle with my GF. I noticed this while doing my invocation round... and I hadn't gotten to my DC at the time. Loggingo out and back in resulted on no wayward pets the second time around. I've seen cockatices there before and though I was alone, but this time i checked and the name was quite visibly the same.

After patch, still locked out of 3 dig sites. I even found an instance that needed one of those particular sites opened up with a crypt or dungeon map, did all that and got a block claiming I needed to wait the one hour. Seems the timers are part of the issue.
I cant progress through the Gyrion campaign as I cant target a Super Leap - the target just doesn't appear. Incidently my Shard of Orcus is the same - unusable as no target appears

Can't apply Gorgon mount from my Inventory.
I just bought a (green level) Gorgon mount off AH. When I try to apply it it says "you've already gotten this package" or something along those lines. In any case it won't allow me to add it to my stable. (And yes, I checked twice to be sure I didn't somehow have one already.)
(Side note: a number of mounts I have don't get credit on the collections page.)

I have the exact same bug relating to the green gorgon mount. One of my guildmates also has this bug and I saw at least 2 other people on one of the reddit threads say they had the gorgon bug. Hopefully Crytpic will have it fixed soon, this bug is likely widespread.
I also have the bug where some mounts don't grant credit on the collections page but that's not a mod 11 thing, its been like that for a long time.

The Tower of Alteration can take you into dev character options, including but not limited to unavailable hairstyles, tattoos, and eye styles. Menus appears to vary by race. This happened by undoing all changes but not exiting the UI. The options don't appear on your character model when selected, and when I tried on preview to use any of these options, the UI is exited while returning an error, so it's not like you can take Catti-brie's hairstyle or anything (sadface).
Did you get a specific error when choosing this 'illegal' style, or some unrelated one after confirming the changes? That was what I was experiencing: after confirming my new appearance I left the editor and was back at my former appearance (no changes applied).
It told me I had invalid parts or something like that and kept the look I went in with. I've been reluctant to experiment with it very much on live as I actually don't want to overwrite the old head mesh on most of my characters.
I did not initially realize that Artus Cimber and Sirac's faces (but not Cimber's hair) are valid options also accessible from character creation. Anyone who ever really wanted to make a guy with a double chin now can. The facial hair textures don't fit these faces particularly well though, either embedding or floating.
I have the bug where I can't interact properly with the Traveling Merchant in the River District. Speaking to him causes him to just instruct me to complete the "Clear the Docks" task in the campaign, which I have already done (see screenshot). I believe I did the task before ever attempting to speak to him.
UPDATE: If you complete the second task on the bottom row of the campaign, it does "fix" this bug (the merchant displays a store now). Too bad I did this with my 120 Evidence scrolls instead of one of the other tasks I really don't need to be able to buy reclaimed weapons/magic/riches at this point.

Reclamation Specialists/Incriminating Documents - The groups of adventurers for this quest respawn way too slowly. I don't have all their spawn points memorized, but I check the 3 that I know constantly, sometimes even changing to lower population instances multiple times just to go look at the adventurer spawn sites. More often than not, there's nothing there. This quest takes several days for me to finish at the best of times. Yesterday, I arrived too late to deal sufficient damage to a group to get a drop as someone else was already mostly done killing them. It's a stupidly frustrating quest and I know I'm not alone in that judging by in-game chat.
My CW picked it up on day 1. While I haven't tried searching for the adventurers, I have looked for them while riding around. Yesterday, I got my 4th document... Seriously hope I get some quality loot out of this.

Doing some digging, panteleelee reported being unable to progress after completing the campaign task without having done the quest first. He or she was one of the people who couldn't figure out what to do as you mention. It wouldn't be the first time a quest got bugged by doing the campaign task too soon. I seem to remember there being an issue with the initial Black Ice Forge investment in Mod 3.

Last night while running a few times thru Kabal's lair with a group to use up some portal stones... was locked out of the boss fight before it even started... went to the entrance, activated the timer, we all stood in the purple circle, and at the end of the countdown, I was left standing outside and locked out while the rest of the party got to fight the boss.... still got credit for completion but kinda disappointed I couldn't contribute on that fight... rest of the runs worked fine

Same here. Tried doing the quest again, no luck.
Did you complete whatever fetch quest you also accepted from Ostaram? There's a choice, and you must complete this as well as reach 100% of your daily participation.
