Yeaaaah I like this. Also like the idea of elemental advantages on attacks. Always nice to see crossover of powerset buffs. It is nice to use multiple frameworks without having to sacrifice performance.

If you were to then try to split the dogs between two CCers, if one CCer lost their hounds long enough for a buff to go off it would wake up the other CCer's hounds?

Why just one ccer? Would it not be easier still to split the hounds in say groups of two? Wouldn't that make CCing less prone to failing with a wayward hound?

She is referring to an grab bag item that gave you a FF unlock item. Level 40 unlocks a new slot automatically, you can't really gift those in anyway since it just is just there when you go to the character screen. No notification or anything. So there are two entirely different things.
