  • Unfortunately you currently can't get it anymore, the item was originally from the old crafting system. Unless someone still has one of the legacy items and is willing to sell it, you just can't unlock that skin. Hopefully one day the devs will add these old skins back into the game somehow, but they've neglected to do so…
  • I have a character with invisible chest and arms from the old, now defunct glitches. Seems that the outfit has been grandfathered in, and still functions, though if I try and edit the costume the chest and arms reappear. It's possible you're seeing costumes from before that change.

  • That's pretty much what I had thought, yeah. As for the bit about activation times, don't forget that although the 3rd swing of Caress takes 1 second, it strikes twice. Overall, Caress will most likely hit the target more often than Slash in the same amount of time.
