  First off, I should say I'm definitely not the best build-planner out there. But I've been toying with the idea for a chain-based character, and this is the build I came up with.

  Many of the above powers can be changed, and I'm not 100% sold on the enhancements as of yet. Not to mention the fact that I haven't spent all of my advantage points yet. However, I feel this is a good place to start.

  Channels Vicious Cyclone till AvMastery procs, then uses AvM on quick Infernal Blast charges, and follows up w/ the Lariat to sue Preemptive Strike. Can add Defile and/or Firesnake to debuff the enemy further for more dmg. Build requires lvl 40 to sue a Mastery, ofc.
  
  
  A more conventional approach to a chain build would use Guardicator for specs and Lash instead of IBlast as its main single-target spell, and reserve Cyclone just for AoE. Still good to throw the Lariat in there to stack and roll Bleed, and Defile and/or Firesnake for extra debuffs.

  Can also do a Lariat bleed + Rupture setup. Won't give a build, but the main premise is to use both Iron and Vicious Lariats w/ their special advs to stack Bleed, fill time between their cds with w/e ya like, and at 4-5 bleed stacks use Reaper's Embrace to Rupture all Bleed stacks. Add the Shredded debuff in there too for more dmg. Can play like a melee/ranged hybrid, but needs to be in melee reach for optimal dps.
