I also agree here there are balancing issues with current content, My PA DPS does around 8.3k DPS while my Lightning does around 5.6k And While PA has energy as it's "balancing" point that isn't really balancing it well since my energy is fine 90% of the time without a circle. One thing I would consider here is changing to Strength Primary and taking up Aspect of the Bestial + Iron Cyclone for AoE (With adv for Enrage stacks), This would give a much larger defense bonus and I think that would work better on Regen.
