If you mean the Temporal Agent reward for finishing all reps to tier 5, then yes it is account-wide. You can actually use the red bussards with any hull material. Its a separate option under the advanced tab where you apply hull patterns/swap ship parts and, imho, is great when mixed with the Type 0 material. :)

Thats what I meant, it used to show up in-game but now it only shows up on the character selection screen; which imho is too bad because I always liked them. :) I believe they disapeared when the event ended and the special "Delta Trait" went away, so I would assume the gold "Temporal" symbol will sadly go away when this…

Well, it does still show up on the character selecton screen at least. But sometimes you have to click on each character to make the symbol show up. Both for Deltas and Temporals. But I know thats not quite the same as it showing up in-game.

If you have an open slot, you can see if Lib-Borg is available when creating a FED/KDF/ROM toon since thats a lifer only thing. You could also try and claim the veteran shuttles or starships if you didn't have them unlocked before with sub time.

Thanks for the heads up OP. I saw this thread yesterday but forgot to comment. It's always nice to get a new and unique tribble. :) I only wish I didn't have to keep giving them to my boffs so the things don't eat the winter food in my bank. At this point my crew's pockets are literally full of tribbles. o:)

It should be the last episode of the "yesterday's war" arc. However it will not show up in the mission journal until the previous episode "Vorgon Conclusions" is complete.

There should be a tab for R&D in the doff/admiralty window. The button for this window should be one of the icons under your mini-map. You get him as part of either the Agents Starter pack or the full Special Agent pack. You might be able to buy him from the C-Store individually too, like the 23rd century EV suit, but as I bought the pack before checking I can't say for sure.

Yep, once you own it any ship can use it, just like with the TOS and Belfast "complete" interiors. My main flys a fleet arbiter battlecruiser and has been using the "later" voyager interior since I got it. Having borg alcoves on board is thematically great for a lib-borg captain. :)
