For anyone who cares, he is just the Male Android Sci Boff lifers can requisition anyway, but with less costume options.

    You get him as part of either the Agents Starter pack or the full Special Agent pack. You might be able to buy him from the C-Store individually too, like the 23rd century EV suit, but as I bought the pack before checking I can't say for sure.

    The lifer ones have a wide variety of parts, they are basically alien gen but with android face components as optional.

    i got the starter pack and claimed it, but the 0718 boff never showed up. where do you get it?

    So the 0718 boff is only claimable on Fed/Tos captains? I think i tried to claim it on a Rom Fed aligned and wasnt doable which is strange because whomever a Rom is aligned with can use that factions boffs.
