It seems they work on male aliens only... but not female aliens. Must be a bug and it's also odd humanoid Klingons can't get them either. There is also missing hair textures on 1 & 3 long full at the back crown of the head.

Correct. It hasn't quite fallen completely, only severely weakened. DS9 was cut off from the Empire and the Imperial fleet was crippled and they lost most of their ships. I suppose they could have did the TNG mirror uniforms from IDW comics since they have already bundled the exact model of the dreadnaught. Although the mirror odyssey uniforms come pretty close to them. Only missing the badge and a updated sash that is longer.

Yep about time. Wonder if they will still release MU decals like Mirror Enterprise/TNG/Voy either way I am finally happy that all fed ships can get I.S.S. I hope Romulan players will one day get their I.R.W. for their ships.

Honestly it doesn't matter. The ship and two account wide lobi outfits pay for itself. Although it would have been better if they had just included 100 lobi or one of the new lobi Enterprise era weapons instead.
