  There is one door like that, eventually if you try moving forward it will open, I think it's near the green circle.
  
  I remember it kind of did that for me today as well.

  Try walking into the doors, as all will eventually self open, if not step back and go forward again.
  
  There was one door I realized that had me thinking the same as you.

  I did that, but no matter how long I run into it it wasn't working

  It's the encoded message you're suppose to pick up when looting feds you kill at the door. For some reason Cryptic thought it was a great idea to put a stupid item that might not drop or be missed in order to progress a tutorial for new or returning players.
  
  I too have made the mistake and now have to delete and remake my character to start the mission again...
