Thanks, but I've tried both of those methods. ARC doesn't recognize the code and the first one is the one that tells me the code was already used. The code is for ZEN, not a legacy pack. Nothing is unlocked.
I have five costume slots on my KDF captain. The last two are unusable, which I use for off-duty and fleet costumes. My first three slots (korrath, basic costume bits and honor guard) are just fine. It almost seems as though the game doesn't register those last two costume slots as being unlocked or something.
