I bought the Tier 2 for PC while I was logged in. I logged out and back in, but only had a tribble waiting.

I know we get it from the promotions tab, but I can't find the coupon anywhere, even promotions.

Very nice. But it isn't free for me. I claimed it from the promotions tab, and put it on my captain, but it's trying to charge me 550 Zen for it

I've looked there, but there's nothing there. I'v done the first two, and got the coupons for each, but nothing for this one.

Just curious, but what category do you look under for that box?

The only TOS bug I have a problem with, is in "Return to Babel". When you go to the Enterprise bridge to use ship sensors, all the bridge crew are in the correct chairs, except for Chekov. He's in a Klingon chair.

I've had the same problems on my Klingons, but only started for me when I reached Commander. After Captain, they stopped.

Yes, I did. It doesn't show up there. All of my Fed and Fed-allied toons have it.It used to be that when I would look for it in the store, it would tell me I already have this item. But it doesn't show up anymore, for any of my toons. I'd like to claim it for my AoD characters, because I love the two Boff seats that it it…

Nevermind. I restarted my comp, and that took care of it.

I did that, and it still won't let me get past the launcher. I get the message "Fatal error 36." A file was locked that could not be opened.

I;m having the same problem. When the launcher comes up, it says patching, then mirroring, then the file error. Just tried a force verify, but it didn't work. The engage button never appears, just patch.

I've tried it with every toon I have, and it doesn't show up in promotions. It's in my account history, but I can't claim either one.

I'm having the same problem as well. But I just completed the tutorial for a new character, and it doesn't show up.
