Update: 20:19pm UK GMT I'm back Online via Arc Launcher/STO Launcher and back in game. If it dies again I'll let this post know. Thank You (My mental health is saved)

I'm using normal STO Laucher/Arc Launcher I dont have any other means to boot up my game

Got this same problem aswell. Constant saying "Offline" could not connect to Arc Network. Please fix your arc launcher I'm begging you. This not problem on my end. I've had times where it boots up fine no problems and times it just keeps refusing to load/connect. Also I can connect to all my other games/online activities…

Same here was loading into Red Alert and got jammed on loading screen with no movement or anything/patching into instance. Had to Alt F4 kill it now its stuck on "Cryptic Laucher Autoupdater" Tried connecting 10 times and counting. :(

Yeah saw this first time yesterday ever in my life last Tact Cube in ISA constantly randomly teleporting downwards. I couldn't stop laughing since it first time seeing it. But I didn't even know it was perticluar console that was doing this. I thought my game sync to server was messing up. Good to know least

Any update on when liverly ship tailor bug be sorted? I still can't change mirror lexington to normal fed lexington one. Keeps telling me I need to own normal Yorktown Class. But on post with mirror lexington it said clearly you can swap to fed lexington liverly. :(

I got the ship just today and it seems its bugged inside ship tailor. I can't change leveriy from mirror lexington to Fed lexington. :( Anyone else with same issue?.

I'd love to promote my char's wife to rank of Captain even if its cosmetic. In LD Captain and Admiral are couple and even have daughter in starfleet. It would add to char immerison for those of us who like that sort of detailed char bios which I do.

I'm also experience cutscene issues with all Disco Arc EPs. Every time theres supposed camera cutsene nothing happens the camera just stays in place and ships/components of cutscenes are not moving but you can still hear sounds from it.
