Scratch that, found my answer...apparently a limited time reward (?). Dang, the text in the last Reman mission had mentioned one of the Reman's wanted to join my crew and was reminded of him...wish they would change that.

Well I for one am glad I am not the only one who has had this problem. I thought maybe they had retired the mission or that I was just unlucky. I have been trying for at least three weeks now to complete the collection of CCF and am still short.
