Where's the old Reman Boff?

Maybe I missed some sort of announcement somewhere but I am trying to get the old Reman Boff for my Rom Tac officer. Did they remove him when they launched LoR? I used the STOWiki to see what mission I need to get him, Cutting the Chord, and it doesn't offer him anymore.

Is this a bug? Have the Jem'Hadar and Breen boff been removed as well?

    it was an event. this event will repeat itself so you can aquire the Reman and Breen boff then. The Jem'hadar isnt event, you can still aquire him

    Scratch that, found my answer...apparently a limited time reward (?). Dang, the text in the last Reman mission had mentioned one of the Reman's wanted to join my crew and was reminded of him...wish they would change that.

    Those are only awarded during featured series reruns.
