Server not responding

I cannot log in on one of my characters. It gets to 94.05% and then says server not responding and continues indefinitely. Please, if you are trying to resolve an issue with that character send me a ticket response otherwise can you atleast explain what is happening?

    I have been having similar issues. I can log in but the server is constantly dropping me mid game.
