Just tried to get it myself and zero! I have the cross fac trait and can get other Fed ships, why can I not obtain a tier 3 ship for the M6?

Love the events, but not a fan of the 1.5 hours between the dance parties. That blows like the north wind. Please correct this for next year and down the artifact hunt. It is still as fuzzy as it has always been and I hate that event because of its imprecise nature.

Just to update, we now have a T5 starbase and shipyard. All other holdings are T3. TScience just went T5 and engineering is 25k from going T5.

Like all of the intel ships (save the Vengeance and only because I don't own one) they are all excellent damage dealers with an OSS build. I beg to differ. SCI vessels for the Romulan faction in general is a big, gaping, black hole. Aside from the Ha'nom, there are no science vessels. If it weren't for the event sci ships, the Rommies would be out in the cold. The same goes for the Klingons.
