The only way to buff Sci without buffing Tac is to do it at the class level. We could use some buffs to our Captain skills to give them synergy with Exotic. Also, when you are using FAW you are far more likely to "waste" damage from hitting targets that don't die immediately so they heal it back. One is far more likely to hit trivial targets in a FAW build than with cannons.

Canons still have their place. Raw DPS is the rage right now, but in my Intel escort I'm doing over 20k DPS on a single target with SS and THY. Spheres and cubes don't strike me as OP anymore. We already have flyable Undine ships. I wouldn't mind people flying them. I just think it would be dry as a faction. I'd rather see Borg ships in a lockbox or lobi store so people could put them on their Liberated Borg.

Once you get tired of stomping STFs, there is nowhere else to go. PvP is deep endgame. Even I can only smack the same AI so many times in a row before my eyes bleed.

I would simply be happy with a decent match making system. Half the problem getting new people into PvP is when they queue up they have a better than average chance to be pugstomped and sent running with their tail between their legs, dying so quickly they can't even sort out what is happening to them. The interface could really use an overhaul, but L2Auction House if you want EC, don't cap other people selling things because you don't want to work for your money. If something cost more than you are willing to pay, that is life.

A world where people are spitting 50+k DPS left and right but built glass cannons seems like a world ripe for healing to make an entry on the scene. WAI, IMO. I'd like to see more of it, and more people excited when a healer shows up.

You can already spend Zen on items that sell for EC. Giving X EC per Zen will just destroy the market for selling items, which is one of the ways F2P players can keep up with people who spend money.
