Yes, they do tend to be a bit.. zealous.. in enforcing the "no chat in doffcalls" rule, but it's a necessary evil imnsho. CALLS was created so we could actually see the calls and get them on the sheet without having them buried in the general chatter of JOBS - relaxing the CALLS rules risks having the same problem there.…
Right, because the Klingons have massive battleships, older, low-slung nacelled battlecruisers, swing-wing BoPs and more, and the Federation has two-nacelled ships with a secondary hull and a saucer.. who has more design variation, again?
Fair enough. Fortunately for me, I don't really pay attention to Cryptic as a business, it just seems to make people bitter. Enjoy what's here rather than what's not, as you said. But, I hope you have fun with whatever you do too!
Agreed in general that they haven't fixed many bugs, and about the launch which did indeed suck, but.. abandoned? Are you high? They put out a bloody expansion pack a month ago. They're hiring people. I don't want to seems like a Cryptic fanboy, because this game does have some serious issues, but let's try and keep our…
The issues just started a few days ago, it's been using the same PSU for a year now. And it's running the latest drivers. Thanks for helping me brainstorm this, it's been driving me buggy :P EDIT: Also, no hardware added in that time. Just to clarify.
Could, except downloads work fine, and so do all of the other computers on the network. Whatever the problem is, it's something specific to that machine or its connection. Also, I swapped the cable, no change.
Haven't tried swapping the cable, I'll do that shortly. Virus scan is clean, and both file transfers and regular downloads from the Net work fine. It's just a few sites that are slow.
Tried it on my office computer on the same network - it looked like Gorn butt warmed over due to the weak graphics card, but the connection was stable. So it looks like it's just this computer that's having a problem - any ideas?
"ad hominem" arguments argue against the person making the opposing argument, instead of the actual argument itself - that's why it's a fallacy. It's nothing to do with character. Julia "posting in an epic thread" Mateus
As far as I can tell, T5 Omega doesn't have a different mission for dilithium. You can start turning marks into the grinder mission more since after you get the gear, you're "done". As for the story mission, it expands on the mission in the Ruins on New Romulus - and your contact is "D'Tan", who is a Romulan. The Terradome…
OR they're just not dropping dilithium until they drop everything else. They COULD be seeing how we react... they also COULD all be lemurs. Quit with the weasel words, friend. This. So much this. If the Rep system comes online and still no DL, we'll have something to talk about. Seriously, there's enough stuff actually…
It seems more likely to me that since STFs on Tribble have their rewards tied into the Rep system, and the Rep system isn't there yet, they simply don't drop any end loot yet. Not really a bug, but not the end shape of things either.
